Vacuum was what I expected. Went together easily and performed well in my basement area with bedroom and bath. No heavy carpets. Did not have screws for mounting however. Contacted seller about problem changing to hand held and their response was quick and stepped me through it. I see lots of negative feedback here but I was satisfied with purchase price and performance.

This company did walk the extra mile with me in resolving my issue. The customer rep was very professional. At no time did I feel I was just a number but a valued customer.

I returned an item to Oryzom and it seemed to be lost, but after providing the tracking number and returned to address Ricah in customer service located it quickly and I received the credit to my account within a couple of days. He went above and beyond in helping me and always quickly responded to me. I am very impressed with their customer service!

Customer service was great to work with. Had an issue with an item missing from my order. They were on top of it right away and communicated with me throughout the whole process. The vacuum is amazing. Holds a charge longer than any I have had. Would definitely purchase one again and highly recommend.

We received our camera and had some issues with the setup but they were very patient and professional in helping us even though the issue was on our end. Great company (people) to work with. Love our camera.

I bought my vacuum in the fall and the battery just died. I contacted the company and wasn’t expecting much help. Boy was I wrong. They went above and beyond to help me fix the battery. Unfortunately it didn’t work and again went above and beyond and are sending me a new one. Thanks to a great team I will be vacuuming in no time. Their kindness and due diligence is incredible. Highly recommend company and vacuum.

I loved my v8-pro floor sweeper! After a few months it stopped working. I reached out the customer support and their team was so good at communicating and helping me resolve the issue. It took some time but they were always letting me know what the next step was. I would gladly support this business again. Great product and great customer service!

I had a problem with my vacuum cleaner beater head. I called and discussed my problem with a very efficient assistant. I was told to conduct a few tests on my vacuum cleaner to diagnose problem. After a few conversations they understood my concerns and offered a perfect solution. Within 2 weeks I have my vacuum up and working. Very good experience with this company Oryaom courteous service personnel. First rate !

The toothbrush is a great product with a variety of settings and features. It even has a little smiley face icon to indicate how well you’re brushing!

The customer service can’t be better. They’ve responded quickly to my concerns and went above and beyond to resolve the issue, even though it was not the company’s fault in the slightest!

There was an issue with my Robot Vacuum V8-Pro shortly after purchasing it. I contacted Oryzom and was assigned a customer service agent. Ricah worked through the problem with me and made sure I was satisfied. I pleased to say my Robot Vacuum V8-Pro is working great!

I had questions about shipping that were answered promptly and completely. Their customer service exceeded my expectations!

Even though the product wasn’t the best fit for me I will say the customer service made the effort worth my time. I totally recommend the company.

was good until the package did not arrive when Amazon said it did. After advising Oryzom of this, their follow-up effort resulted in delivery 3 days later with accompanying confirmation.
A subsequent e-mail expressing regret and reasons for the 3-day delay was genuine and gratefully received. I would certainly order from Oryzom again because of their prompt resolution and explanation. The product I ordered is also excellent (as expected).

I had to return the electric toothbrush as my husband had already purchased one - I received the refund very promptly and the customer service was very friendly and prompt. Much appreciated.

Oryzom is a wonderful company! If you have any problems with delivery or their product they answer emails promptly and fix the problem. Their Massage Gun is rated number 1 by Consumer Reports and certainly deserves the rating. It has helped immensely with my back pain! I highly recommend getting one for yourself or as a gift. You will be very glad you did!

Remains to be seen how easy the robot vacuum is to set up and how well it performs..

I have recently purchased a dash cam from this company.
I wanted some help to install it.
I sent an email requesting some help, I received an email back very quickly with all the information I required complete with a video.
