Review of Oryzom
Vacuum was what I expected. Went together easily and performed well in my basement area with bedroom and bath. No heavy carpets. Did not have screws for mounting however. Contacted seller about problem changing to hand held and their response was quick and stepped me through it. I see lots of negative feedback here but I was satisfied with purchase price and performance.
Review of Genuine Replacement Parts
A substitute part was sent which did not fit. Their list showed the correct one and that was what I ordered. They requested multiple photos when I contacted them to find out how to return for credit. They finally credited my account and I did not have to return what they had sent. I have ordered from them in the past with no problems but their return policy needs work.

Part arrived but was missing new screws. Was able to use old ones. Everything else was perfect. Always good products.
