It's a conveyor belt for animal vacination. 5 mins for each animal to check paper work. Check health and give vaccination. Should be 15 minutes. Frequent over booking. Vets treated with utmost disrespect by store staff. Animals treated in suffocating heated rooms in heatwave.no fans or air conditioning. No lunch break for vets on 5 mins conveyor belt for vacination. Owners not waiting in store for 15 mins after vacination in case of adverse reaction. No after care and Vets pressured by rude overpowering store staff to carry out illegal practices. Ie vacination on lurchers for illegal hair causing in Europe

Very polite and welcoming but the customer service is excellent.

Omg jolly is the best . Epically if u get the app you get money off . They always got good deals . The staff is kind ,friendly, very helpful. It's a pleasure going

Went into the Barnsley store asking about treats for my puppy- Alex was so helpful- and knowledgable, giving me different options and the reasons for each one.

If you visit this store and u sure of something- ask for Alex!

Always friendly helpful staff and usually have a good selection and good pricing too.

Staff are always courteous, helpful and well presented.
My dog loves this place especially pick n mix dog treats eg; rabbits ears etc I say pick 1 to him he ends up self picking about 4 or 5 lol 😆

Not so good these days having stopped selling loose millet spray and selling it pre packed is more expensive . Reluctant to go there now

Andy went above and beyond tonight to find me a water feeder for my chickens in an emergency mission !!!! An absolute credit to your company !! There were non on the shelf but according to stock there was one left!!! He searched everywhere and finally found it in the corner of the store under a load of boxes!!!! Too often staff in other businesses fob us off especially at closing time but NOT Andy !! Recognition is definitely needed! Thanks so much for saving the night!!! 🎉

I stopped into Jollyes even though it's not my usual pet shop, and I'm really glad I did. Dylan was incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to help me choose the right dog food (for a fussy 16year old). He answered all my questions, explained the different options clearly, and made the whole experience easy and stress-free. Excellent customer service from someone who clearly knows their products. I'll definitely be happy to shop here again. Thanks, Dylan!

I buy my raw food from here for my dogs. Great range of priducts and very friendly and helpful staff. They also award customers money off vouchers when you use their app in store.

The quality of Pet food and the range of products is just great.
My dog loves the range of Raw.
We are part of the pet club also.
What we love the most is the cheery disposition of Andrew on Checkouts who always greets you with a wry smile and a laid back approach if there is any more than 3 in the queue...lol.

Great shop, products for dogs are extensive, good staff who have knowledge, i spend to much money in here because of the choices, my dog loves it, definitely worth a visit if you have an animal baby

Never enough staff in the shop. The staff are lovely but they have so many jobs to do on minimal people . It’s hard to give a 5 star rating

PAID A VISIT. FOUND TO BE A VERY SMALL STORE. VERY TIGHT NARROW AISLES EVERYTHING LOOKS ON TOP OF YOU. WOUKDNT BE IDEAL FOR PEOPLE WITH MOBILITY ISSUES OR CHAIRS. STAFF MEMBER STRUGGLED NAVIGATING A PALLET TRUCK AROUND. PRICING CORRENTLY OPENING OFFERS WHICH WOULD MAKE STUFF CHEAPER. BUT BASE PRICE THEY ARE DEARER THAN PETS AT HOME ETC.
MAYBE IN TIME IT'LL BE A WELCOME ADDITION

Spent a lot of time today with Sam. She had excellent knowledge and skills with my recent rehomed Ukrainian chiweenie who is terrified. I was really struggling to get a correctly sized harness and on an earlier visit Sam suggested I bring her in. I was not sure she'd cope but Sam was absolutely brilliant with her. I can not thank her enough

Always a friendly welcome at Congleton store for pets and owners alike. I love that the dogs seem to know it's their shop!!!
The staff are so attentive and helpful and take time to see to your pet's needs and your queries where needed. They are all very knowledgeable about the products and able to advise.
Also, there is always someone willing to take the heavy food sack to the car.
