There's a great variety of entrees to choose from and I definitely have some favorites. However, many of the choices are very similar - same sides, same proteins. For 100+ choices each week, so many... See more

Food is good and delivered as promised but if there is an issue their customer service does not respond.
Food is very tasty and I enjoyed each meal. I wish the packaging could be reduced but I understand the requirements
Order never came so they refunded me. It’s frustrating when you’re planning on having those meals, I’ve lost my reliability in factor. Then I picked my meals for the next 2 weeks when my delivery never came, and now the order that’s coming (if it does come) is not at all what I ordered it’s the default menu and most of them we will not eat.
I would like more of the breakfast latte. I only receive one bottle when 5 for the week would do. I would prefer that over lunch meals.
Salmon was very fishy, the bean were tough the potatoes were excellent. The tomato risotto was mushy and very salty, but the steak was excellent. The hamburger and cabbage was something different and it was good.
So many great choices! Once I learned that I needed very quick meals, heat and eat, and once I figured out how to handle the packaging with ease, I became a huge fan of Factor 75!
I do, however, find the delivery boxes very heavy. Perhaps that is more about my 85 year old body than the weight of the boxes.
I am a Retired Veteran. Thought I would try this for my heart and Kidney issues to make sure I eat properly since my wife can't cook everyday. My oldest son recommended I try Factor. I am 75 and not a computer whiz. I do like most of the food i tried. Some stuff took up to 4 minutes to cook which was twice the recommended time. Some foos I wasn't sure what I was eating, but I like the "not Frozen" feature. I liked the fish, beef and chicken plates. The vegatables were great, but the sauces never seemed to cook completely. Some of the meals had too much sodium for seniors. I did like the idea of filtering some of the meals. Also, I couldn't keep up with the changing prices. One price would be advetised, then the final price charged was different. I can't do that on a fixed income. I pay $5.00 a meal at the ARMY Commissary! I will stick with that for now.
Stay away from this company. My sister sent me a coupon for a free box to try. I signed up, chose my meals, and immediately cancelled the subscription because it is not in my budget. Last week I received another free coupon from her so I went on the website to see if I was eligible to receive a second free box. It said I was only eligible for 20% off so I closed the website since I could not pay that amount. Today I notice that my credit card was charged $98 and I am receiving a shipment of meals tomorrow that I never picked out. They say I reactivated the account and will not issue a refund. I never clicked to reactivate nor did I ever receive an email saying my account had been reactivated. Very shady business practices! Be aware!
I'm enjoying my meals, very convenient. Just put them on the microwave and eat. Every meal I picked has been si good.
The meal choices don't match what I believed I was getting and don't reflect my desire to have sodium smart meals
I canceled my account but still received a box . Two of the black plastic meal containers were cracked with large holes under the clear plastic film cover. I have had good experiences in the past and have enjoyed most of the meals. I might sign up again at a later date.
Every single shipment I have received (3 so far) has one broken box out of four. I guess if you’re okay throwing away 25% of meals, then use this service. But I’m pretty horrified. Also it’s so wasteful.
I appreciate the higher quality proteins compared to a competitor I also use. But the plastic, NON-oven safe containers are an absolute pain! Along with the thin plastic film that NEVER comes off in one pull. The reason I will switch to another service at times is simply to take a break from dealing with Factor's packaging and transferring meals to oven safe-ware. I refuse to use a microwave for my food (I don't have a microwave, at all) and the plastic containers drive me insane to the point of questioning if the quality proteins are worth the hassle.
Im not thrilled that SO many meals are pasta entrees ! While I do like pasta, Im not thrilled that 70% of "Factor's vegetarian meal selections" are pasta ! Can't Factor come up with more entrees that are not pasta based ?
There is a great variety of meals to chose from on a website that is easy to navigate. The deliveries have been on time. Everything has been smooth so far.
Ordering, receiving, processing went fine no issues. The quality was no better than a frozen meal except the protein portion was better. The vegtables were disappointing as they were cut up so small you can hardly taste them. The meal was bland.
Very flavorful and fresh! Reliable delivery.
But, I would like to have less dishes with squash or zucchinis. I'd like to see more potatoes, sweet potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, green beans or asparagus.
Haven’t had to change any orders as all the meals have been very good so far.
