I booked a parcel on 28th October evening at Guwahati for Ludhiana. The salesman assured me it would reach the recipient after 7 days by road. It didn't reach yesterday.
On 5th November evening their website impossibly shows that after reaching Ludhiana at around 7 am item was BACK ON THE ROAD BETWEEN DELHI AND LUDHIANA at 8:07 am!!!! It reached LUDHIANA at 8:08 am but wasn't delivered till 6 pm!
I am attaching a screenshot of the tracking status for people who won't believe me. I will never ever send anything through DTDC!

This company is a joke, please avoid it if you can. Parcel are delayed almost everytime without and reason & many a times even lost with any delivery attempts.

The worst courier service ever! There is no commitment to delivery timelines. I sent a parcel to Hyderabad on 28/10/2026, paying a higher delivery charge, but even after 7 days (as of 03/11/2026), it has still not been delivered. Absolutely horrible service and a complete waste of money. Highly disappointing!

Dear @DTDCIndia , we respectfully request that you enhance your delivery service standards. your delivery personnel declined to complete a parcel delivery within a three-kilometer radius and without delivering they mentioned wrong address and marked as UNDELIVERED. This is not the first time they always direct customers to retrieve the package from your office location. Then why do you gave your name as DTDC. Door to Door courier???

⭐ Very Poor Service – DTDC Courier

I am extremely disappointed with DTDC Courier's service. My goods were not delivered on time, despite waiting and expecting delivery as promised.

This delay has caused me unnecessary stress, inconvenience and financial loss to my business. Customers trust courier companies to deliver parcels safely and on schedule, but DTDC has failed to meet these basic expectations.

There is no excuse for keeping customers waiting without proper updates or timely delivery.

DTDC, please take responsibility and improve your service. I would not recommend this courier company to anyone based on my experience. Very disappointing and unprofessional service!

I am writing to log an official complaint regarding the severe delay of my consignment, which was booked on 22 October 2026.
As per your official timeline, the package was scheduled for delivery on 24 October 2026. To date, the delivery has not been fulfilled, and I have experienced a complete failure of service.
I would like to highlight the following critical issues regarding your operations:
1. False Commitments: Customer care assured me 100% that delivery would happen on 26 October 2026 after a tracking error sent it to the wrong location. Despite daily assurances that it will "deliver today," nothing has arrived.
2. Lack of Accountability: Escalation requests to speak with a manager or supervisor have been repeatedly denied or ignored.
3. Misleading Tracking Status: Your system has shown the package at a "nearby delivery location" since 26 October. It is completely unacceptable for a package to take days to cover a short distance.
4. Violation of Guidelines: The company is failing to comply with standard postal and logistics regulatory service rules regarding consumer protection and fair practice.

The Delivery guy did not contact me and did not deliver the item for 1 week

I would like to give a lesser review if it would be the DTDC courier have been used by a seller in Delhi to send me my parcel it's being 17-18 days till date not received on contact to Delhi seller, through him his courier service they shared contact number of Kalyan branch later the branch operator provided me almost 5 different numbers but only on multiple caling, whatsup messege, whatsup calling only one person received only for 1 time idiot and responded me saying Incomplete address the same address many other courier comes but for this 3 rd class company the address is incomplete with this when i replied my contact number and other one more contact number was provided why there was no call if address was incomplete by delivery person the answer was phone was unreachable what an excuse
Friend don't use the service you will of this company they are now not capable of it.

So bad my parcel has been with the Madurai branch from September 28 for nearly one month till not delivered from the time of out for delivery the delivery person didn’t call me and themselves told last mile misroute
After complaining they initiated a reattempt on October 14 but not yet received my parcel

Asked them for a quote about a year ago and I left it at that, they been calling and sending emails non-stop ever since

Extremely Pathetic Service by DTDC Courier
DTDC’s service has been utterly disappointing. Instead of delivering the parcel to the correct address, your staff updated a wrong address without even calling the recipient. The recipient had to contact DTDC personally, and when we visited the office at the listed address, we found that the office had relocated.

This reflects sheer negligence, mismanagement, and a complete lack of professionalism. Customers should not have to chase your staff or waste their time correcting your mistakes.
Shame on DTDC for such irresponsible service! No proper communication, no delivery attempt, and no accountability. I strongly condemn this pathetic experience and would not recommend DTDC to anyone.

They attempted delivery once, and we were unavailable, so we missed the delivery. But after that no further sign of delivery and when we checked the website it was showing 5 missed delivery attempts. Like, they are literally lying; there were no phone calls or anything after the first attempt. Because of Durga Puja, it was delayed even more, to over a month. I finally raised a ticket; let's see what happens.

Disappointed! They delayed my order for 7 days already and still counting....

⭐ 1-Star Review – Extremely Poor Service by DTDC

DTDC provides one of the most disappointing delivery experiences. My parcel has been in Lucknow since 21st October, and even on 24th October, it has still not been delivered.

This is completely unacceptable. If you cannot deliver a parcel on time, what is the point of offering a courier service? Customers pay for reliable and timely delivery, not endless delays and frustration.

The worst part is the inconvenience caused to customers who have already paid for their products but are still waiting for delivery without a satisfactory resolution.

DTDC needs to take responsibility for its delays, improve its delivery operations, and stop taking customers' time and money for granted.

Extremely poor service, unprofessional handling, and a highly disappointing experience. I would think twice before using DTDC again.

Not recommended at all!

We paid for the express delivery but the courier was delivered beyond the normal delivery duration. Since I couldn't get the delivery on time & had to leave the country on scheduled flight, I had to pay more than double to send it on international courier. When we called the customer care, they couldn't even track where the parcel was for days. Never called me back to provide update on where the parcel was!! I had called multiple times but they weren't helpful at all, I was given conflicting information and was asked to talk to the DTDC agent from sending location. What a pathetic service. The tracking website wasn't updated for days. Worst possible service, would never use DTDC again.

Absolutely DTDC Express Ltd should be avoided . Nonprofessional : late deliveries don't care of customers request. No contact no or tracking details available

H4001352538 This parcel was to be delivered on 17th October. Even on 22nd this parcel is shown as in transit . Useless call centre where they have a standard dialogue- within 24 to 48 hours will be resolved. No clue when this will be resolved

Such worst service customer service and it is supposed be delivered by sep29 today it is Oct 19 still I haven't received any mail and calls regarding this issue they just blame the users who order like I didn't pick the call such worst company to exist unprofessional services and useless company
