They came for pickup at doorstep and it was very easy to book.
Delivered before time than what they showed within 3 days

Had a wonderful experience

These guys and the CEO are big time cheaters. A consignment was booked but was never picked up, A continuous chase had no outcome other than statement that we will pick up soon. After significant delay, at the time of pick up it was clearly weighed as 12KG. After 2 days we are told the shipment is blocked as the weight is 18KG and asking to pay more. If you don't pay, you wont even get your shipment back.

A message sent to CEO on linkedin has no response.

SO DO NOT USE THESE CHEATERS AT ALL.

Very poor service of Delivery . They updated the false status of the consignment and return back . Delivery person not came to the delivery address but updated as " person not available". Delivery person also not picking the call. I will not recommend to use Delivery as courier agent .

One of the worst courier experiences I've ever had with Delhivery. The expected delivery timeline was 5–7 days, but it's already been two weeks, and there is still no proper update or resolution.

Customer support is equally disappointing. The responses are useless, and the automated calling bot is no help at all.

I purchased this product specifically for my Diwali holidays, but due to this unnecessary delay, I may not even receive it before leaving for home after 6th November.

Absolutely frustrating service, zero accountability, and no customer support. Delhivery is not just delaying deliveries but also damaging the reputation of the brands that trust them.

Worst service ever.They will tell one timing for delivery and then it will keep on changing.I had handed over 1 package for a local delivery (please note it is a local delivery in Hyderabad), they mentioned they will deliver in 3 days, and now it's been 8 days and still not delivered.Wastage of money ,time and the purpose for delivery is totally waste.Rating should be in minus.

Worst delivery service ever.... My package was to come from Amazon on 31st Oct. and until.now has not arrived. It show as incomplete or wrong address as the reason for non delivery although I have been receiving Amazon orders for the past 7-8 yrs on the same registered address. Even Amazon cannot assist in this matter although they are the one to engage the delivery service.

The delivery agents dont deliver the parcel and cite a reason that we were available at the given address . When we talk with the customer service they dont listen to your query properly and instead threaten that we will hung the call and they abruptly hung the call

I received a damaged product and have not received any customer support email or response. Additionally, I request that you never use this delivery company for my orders again

Highly unreliable. Worst of the worst.

This is a scam. We have 6 people in the house. They refuse to deliver and say that the recipient is uncontactable. If at all anything is delivered, the packages are damaged or tampered. The helpline insists on downloading the app. They simply cut your call, after an automated reply. Disgusting

Bloody idiots, 7-8 parcels of my with a value of more than 25k are on a tangent just because of this Delhivery assholes. August 7 was my scheduled delivery, and today it is 3rd of November still nobody hell is here to take a responsibility. Amazon has raised their hands. Delhivery has never called me for the last 3 months. Such a big scam

The delivery service is very poor; I had to go to the warehouse myself to pick up my order.

I have ordered a saree from Larjee.
The delivery was to be done on 31st Octber but did not come.Now i am getting message from Delhivery that your order is on the way but did not come. I called the mobile number but no response.
Very unethical and unprofessional company.
Same problem i faced last time. Then i changed the vender and it was delivered.

Well I gave 1 start because i have to choose something. Is it could I would give negative.

The customer service is outrageous. The phone number doesn't work. So don't bother
The more i say anything its less.
My parcel went all round India before coming to me. It took 1 month to arrive. It was supposed to be from Mumbai to bangalore. First it was wrong parcel. They made us pay saying it was over weight and you haven't paid enough. Next they said ur parcel we tried delivery your parcel which didnt come when we went to check in the warehouse which was somewhere in the jungle. It was some other person parcel. They said they dont know where my parcel it. After checking it was delivered to someone in kolkata. Can you believe it. Where is bangalore and where is kolkata. After tracking it again it went all around the world before it came to me.
Horrible horrible service. Swear to god please do not use it. Pay extra for a better and genuine company.

Staff and even employer sab chor hi hai na saman pura diya na paisa diya bss lutna ata hai gift tha usme voh bhi nhi pahuchne diya or phone kro toh bhi bss do hi baat hum dekhte hai ya aap photo bhej do bss yhi ata hai uske baad bhi koi action nhi box bhi damaged state me tha bss paise aithna ata hai aise platform prr paise or trust barbaad krne se acha hai gareebo me daan krde hum log... won't recommend to anyone already regretting using the app

Worst of its kind.very very worst courier service, I will not suggest anyone to avail this courier service. This company should be shut down with immediate effect.
I have experience almost every time harrasment from them and heavily delay is the normal from them.

I was supposed to receive a parcel from nmims Mumbai. I was tracking regularly. It was dispatched on 19 th October. Then on 1st November with my surprise I found that the tracking says because I was unavailable on 30 th October now the parcel is being returned. On 30 th I was at my home the whole day and it was the mailing address. I never ever received a call from anyone. So without contacting me the courier company decided that I was unavailable unilaterally. I tried to contact desparately but no body picked up and the status has not changed. It will be returned. I have worked with other courier companies but never seen such callous, rubbish service. Please avoid them at all cost.

Extremely Poor Delivery Service – Worst Customer Support Experience!

One of the most frustrating delivery experiences I have ever had.

My Amazon order was assigned to Delhivery, and this has been nothing but a headache. The delivery executive called me, and I personally spoke to him at 2:18 PM. He clearly assured me that he would deliver my order after 2 PM. However, instead of delivering it, he marked the shipment as "Recipient Unavailable" without making a genuine delivery attempt.

This is absolutely unacceptable and misleading.

What is even more disappointing is the complete lack of customer support. There is no proper customer care number, no effective support system, and no one seems interested in resolving customer complaints. I even tried contacting them, but received no satisfactory response.

Customers pay for their orders and deserve basic accountability and professional service. Delivery executives cannot simply avoid their responsibilities and falsely mark orders as undelivered.

I have uninstalled the app because I genuinely don't see any reason to keep it.

Delhivery seriously needs to improve its delivery operations, customer support and accountability. Extremely disappointing experience. Not recommended!
