Very bad service and delivery guys are talking very badly over the phone...need to take action against delivery agents and need to improve the service...

shittiest company oat lowkey. said i'd get my package at 9 pm on monday, rider calls me to reschedule to tommorrow, 9 pm on tuesday and he reschedules again saying he'll deliver tommorrow morning. i'd be surprised if i even recieve my package at this point

In the last two days, I have received details of two different delivery riders, but no one has contacted me regarding the delivery and both numbers was switched off .
This has caused unnecessary inconvenience and I am extremely disappointed with the way this order is being handled.
No customer care support they have to resolve it.

This company is a fraud company. Their delivery partners mark the order status as could not connect to customer without even trying to connect or making delivery attempt. From 5 days they are doing the same thing and their customer care is rubbish. Do not use their services. Fraud company

Pathetic service, Package is sitting near my location, No attempt to deliver or no customer service number to contact.

Not sure what to do with the delivery, Just have to wait till they respond to the ticket been raised. Not sure why any serious business would collaborate with them to spoil their reputation.

The delivery partner was extremely rude. He first delayed the parcel by a day. Then he refused to even get down from his vehicle to come to the ground floor door. I requested him because I had applied a photosensitive cream and didn't want to come in the sun. When I explained he was annoyed and came to the ground floor. When the UPI didn't scan at first, he was rude again and demanded me to do it again in a stern voice. He seemed very frustrated in general and is waiting to start a fight with customers. Very impolite. Horrible experience. And I see I'm not alone on this experience.

I had a return pickup scheduled through Shadowfax for a Wrogn t-shirt. On day one a delivery partner called, collected the t-shirt from me, and recorded the OTP. The very next day a different driver called saying he was assigned to the same product and promised to coordinate with the previous driver. Nothing happened after that. The product was never returned properly, the return got cancelled, and I neither got my t-shirt back nor received any refund money.
This kind of handover failure and lack of accountability is unacceptable. It feels like a complete mess or worse. Customers should not have to deal with such unprofessional and unreliable service. Highly disappointing experience with Shadowfax. I will file a consumer complaint.

Worst Service – Fake Delivery Attempt & Call FloppingHighly unprofessional experience with Shadowfax . My exchange delivery was scheduled for 19th Aug. It has been a week (today is 25th Aug), and I still haven't received it.Their delivery agent falsely updated the status to "Customer Not at Home" simply because he did not want to climb up to the 4th floor. To make matters worse, the agent is completely ignoring my calls and refusing to answer. Do not use this fraudulent courier partner!

Mere experience mein yeh company bilkul reliable nahi hai. Hamare lagbhag 100 parcels mein se 80 parcels return aa rahe hain aur sirf 20 parcels deliver ho rahe hain. Jab hum customers se contact karke reason puchte hain, to kai customers batate hain ki delivery agent ne delivery attempt hi nahi kiya ya cancellation ke liye OTP maanga.
Is service ki wajah se humein heavy financial loss aur customer complaints ka saamna karna pada. Main sellers ko strongly advise karta hoon ki is company ke saath kaam shuru karne se pehle delivery performance aur return policy achhi tarah verify kar लें।

Extremely Poor Delivery Service – Very Disappointing Experience

I had a very disappointing experience with Shadowfax. The service is extremely poor, and the delivery process appears to be highly unreliable.

Without making any actual delivery attempt, the status was updated as “Delivery Attempt Unsuccessful.” The worst part is that the delivery partner does not respond to calls. Interestingly, when I called from a different number, the delivery partner answered. However, as soon as I asked about my delivery, they immediately disconnected the call.

The customer support experience is equally disappointing. There was no proper response or resolution, and even after 4 days, my email to customer support has not received any response.

A delivery company should at least make a genuine delivery attempt and provide proper communication when there is an issue. Unfortunately, I experienced neither.

Very poor delivery experience with Shadowfax. My HyugaLife order was marked as successfully delivered, but one product was missing from the package. I also did not receive the invoice with the shipment. The courier delivery was completed despite the order not being received in full. This needs better verification and accountability at the time of delivery. Customers should receive the complete shipment and proper documentation.

Delivery partner didn't deliver the order. After repeated calls delivery partner asking for extra money for delivery and that too from his house. Pathetic behaviour and service from Shadowfax

Worse customer service unable to reach to solve a problem

Shadowfax is not worth even 1 star. If you are reading this, please do NOT use Shadowfax. It is so poorly managed. I was warned but seeing their rates I thought of still trying but the outcome was a disaster. Parcels delayed - no customer support - RTO pending - poor service from RM - incorrect items delivered. Please do not make the mistake that I made. Do not work with Shadowfax

Extremely disappointing experience with Shadowfax. My parcel has been dragged along for 4 straight days, and instead of actually attempting delivery, the delivery partner simply marks it as “Not Reachable.”

Today, I received just ONE ring from the delivery partner. He immediately disconnected. I called back several times, but there was no answer. If this is considered a genuine delivery attempt, it is completely unacceptable.

Four consecutive days of failed delivery attempts, with the same excuse, is not a delivery service it is a waste of the customer's time.

Shadowfax needs to seriously investigate these delivery partners and stop allowing parcels to be delayed through fake or inadequate delivery attempts.

How many similar complaints and reviews does it take before Shadowfax actually takes action?

My courier was a simple delivery from metro-to-metro i.e. Bangalore to Mumbai. Package arrived from Bangalore at Mumbai DC on 15th Aug and since then, for the past 4-5 days, it has just been lying there. Within Mumbai region itself, they are not able to deliver the package in whole 5-days.

When I call the Bangalore vendor, they say we cannot do anything, we have dispatched the product long back, so it's a Shadowfax service issue.

First time receiving any package through Shadowfax and highly disappointed. This also explains why they can never be in the same league as Bluedart.

This company hardly value customer. I ordered clothes via AJio and products were to be delivered on Priority basis but not delivered and they don't even give a probable update to customer whether delivery will done or not. It will just highlight on their own platform at 9pm that product can't be delivered. Very cheap and irresponsible company. Y8

Shadowfax is actually not getting a single star . Worst courier service. Fake attempts make by rider. And rider is worst person.
