Substandard FTTH connections
I cannot have machines on my land as lines on ground when they could have been in air. I made a complaint and it was withdrawn. This is not the service for which I was previously prepared to pay a premium. #6000095509

I spoke to Maurice and then Brendan about my Digiweb Account, and my current monthly payment to Digiweb. Brendan reduced my monthly payment to €44.95 a month active immediately for 1 year.

Communicative and technically knowledgeable sales team (Ireland-based!). Got me set up with a static IP right away using my own router. Good latency and upload / download as advertised, not just on popular networks either.
