I ordered a dress and a skirt and a shirt . 13 may. 3d June I got my shirt and dress right on time. Now it’s June 22nd and where is my skirt ? If this company is ”Swedish” why does it take so long delivery time. I swear it’s from china or something.
In case of return of clothing, the company demands that the customer acts within 14 days, however at their part provinding the return address takes more than 14 days.
Also: I am waiting for their response right now and unfortunately at their web page it reads that the clothing needs to be defective in order to be returned.
Why dont they provide the return address at their web page like any other serious company? Who is in charge of this scam?
My daughter ordered one dress and wanted to return, so she contacted designbyamor - but no response - after long wait and several emails then reply came with excuse snd process for return. After return was done and received at designbyamor then no refund or reponse!!
Its such a scam, i ordered 12th of april 2026, and it is currently 1st of mai. I am so mad and its all just a scam if you order here you wont get your money or your order it is so insane. Such bad service i have tried contacting them but they wont answer
We ordered a "Amor Down Winter Jacket - Molly" for 800 DKK from their homepage for my daughter on 16th November. I wrote an email to them on the 27th which they have to responded to. Today 6th December the jacket has still not arrived or been sent. Looks like nobody get the things they ordered.
Update: later they wrote to me that they were busy because of Black Friday and Christmas shopping. They had not sent the parcel and agreed to cancel the order and refund the money

Att vissa leveranser blivit försenade beror på den extremt höga efterfrågan under Black Friday, vilket tyvärr påverkat både utskick och svarstider — och detta arbetar vi aktivt på att förbättra!💕
Vi är ett svenskt företag med säte i Halmstad. Att delar av vår IT-infrastruktur registreras i Kanada beror på att vår hemsida hostas externt genom ett internationellt e-handelsföretag med huvudkontor där. Det innebär alltså inte att företaget drivs från Kanada.

Warning! Do not order from this company. You will never see what you’ve ordered. When you first start contacting them via email they answer nicely and give you a false feeling of that everything is ok. Then the tracking link does not work and then they stop answering you emails. This company should be shut down ASAP!
