I forgot to cancel my trial and my account auto-renewed. I sent an email late in the evening and they replied very quickly, confirming both the cancellation and a full refund. Great customer service!

Assistance was so quick and helpful, and they resolved my issue. I was initially unable to log in the app and they suggested a number of ways to try to address the problem from my end while working on it from their side also. Each email I sent was responded to in less than five minutes, with polite and helpful advice. Great customer service.

BitePal customer service was very helpful and got back to me quickly. They help me out with the problem I was having with the app. I was having problem with logging in and out of the app. I emailed customer support and they got back to me right way. I also had problem with the AI bot as it was not allowing me to take pictures or write what I was eatting. They told me different step I could try to fix the problem. I tried the different step and I was able to get back in and use the app. Now everything is working great again.
