I accidentally deleted my account before canceling my subscription, so I contacted customer support for help. They responded very quickly and manually canceled my subscription for me. They also clearly confirmed that there would be no further charges. The support was not only fast, but also very kind, polite, and thoughtful throughout the whole process. I felt very reassured and grateful for their help. Thank you so much for the excellent customer support!

Had issues finding the unsubscribe function on the app. Emailed in and receieved a quick response (within 5mins) that they would help me cancel the subscription, and refund me the amount which i had paid.

Loved the concept, but the kcals & other information were mostly wrong. I was having to enter most of it myself or adjust what it had every time even when I had it a few days before. Loved the racoon. If it was more reliable and didn't take up as much time, I would continue to use it. I tried it 4-5 days. Customer service was super. They responded quickly to my questions.

excellent customer service, they helped me cancel the app in literaly minutes. I cancelled due to finances, not becuase the app is not good. It is useful but I was not using it daily.
