I have a number of Addiesdive watches. They are cheap but the value they deliver is incredible.

The watch is absolutely beautiful and well made. The build quality and the finishing are top tier and the dial is executed so beautifully. I love the blue aventurine and how it reflects in sunlight. I have now 5 watches from addiesdive and all are incredible at the price point.

They are a good value for a Top Quality Item

This is my first adddiesdive, and I wasnt sure what to expect. My experience turned out to be great! The watch ad2557 in green is a beautiful watch, and a conversation starter for sure. And the price is just under 100usd, which is a killer price, especially when you consider the fit and finish, which is top notch. Also, considering it has a vk64 unit, it's reliable and easy to repair.

Great customer service, I had issues with delivery and they resend the order free of charge. Good watch quality overall. I've seen about 7 models so far and only 1 was less than expected.

The watches look great and seem way more expensive than they are. Plus, the delivery was super smooth.

It was no different for me: I already own several of their watches, and both their craftsmanship and quality far exceed their price point. My orders have always arrived smoothly and lightning-fast, with packaging that guarantees your chosen timepiece arrives in perfect condition. I wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone who wants high quality without compromising on affordability. Unbeatable value for money!

Very bad experience. The product quality is low and does not match the pictures on the website.

Customer service did not take responsibility and made me pay all shipping and return costs. Despite my request, they did not share the return address in Germany (I am based in France) and suggested returning the item to China instead.

After repeated insistence, they finally provided a return address in Germany once they realized I would return the product no matter what.

Given the price of the watch (€80) and the return cost (€40), this seems like a tactic to discourage returns.

Lack of honesty and poor customer service. Avoid.

Nice low-key simple watch but tasteful - Delivery time to NZ was reasonable 🙂

Delivery was quick and hassle-free. The watch is really good.

Overall experience was amazing. However, there is still some room for improvement.

It needs to have a payment option for India. Also, it needs to have service centers in India. It needs to share the invoice in the customer's origin country currency.

​I received the Addiesdive Seamaster as a birthday gift, so while I cannot speak to the purchasing or delivery experience, I can speak directly to the watch’s build quality and the subsequent customer service.

My initial impression was that the bracelet felt cheap and made the watch sit awkwardly on the wrist. Given the accessible price point, however, I was willing to overlook this and simply replace it with an aftermarket strap.

What I cannot overlook, however, is a clear manufacturing defect: upon closer inspection, the glass crystal is visibly lopsided and does not sit flat against the case. It looks aesthetically poor and speaks to very shoddy quality control.

When I reached out to Addiesdive support, I was shocked to be told that a crooked crystal is "normal." They refused to cover return shipping for a replacement, dismissing a clear alignment fault as a matter of "personal preference." No customer—or watch enthusiast—should be expected to accept misaligned glass as standard.

​As a budding watch enthusiast, this experience has completely turned me off the brand. I will not be purchasing from Addiesdive in the future, nor can I recommend them to anyone else.

I am very satisfied by the product and service.

I got my watch within 10 days, which is impressive.
The watch is just like pictures on the site.
It is a very qualitative product.

I will definetely by more watches and recommend.
