The San Martin SNO144 watch I purchased from WD less than 2 years ago has a broken clasp. Watchdives ignores my emails, which has been a problem in the past. I need help!

In the past year and half I have ordered 11 watches from Watchdives. Five of those were Watchdives' own brand. The design and finish of the WD watches is thoughtful and exemplary. I simply wasn't expecting the high level of quality at the price points I was paying. (WD7922 x2, WD0526 x2 and WD6263 x1). The remaining orders were mainly for Addiesdive, also very satisfying. The ordering process is simple and the shipping to me was free. I was always kept right up-to-date on the progress of the orders. What more could you ask for?

I am delighted with my WD 1863 space pilot I purchased recently. It is an absolute stunner, everything about it screams quality and it's a pleasure to use. I will be buying in another colourway shortly, the white face, red script looks amazing. Watch dives kept me informed as to the shipping status and the inevitable delays due to transit distance were forgotten on receipt of this gorgeous item.

I have bought several watches from them and am generally very happy with the quality. I received one watch with a bad clasp and they sent a new upgraded clasp free of charge. Thank you for your great customer service.

Purchased x 3 one piece fabric velcro style fastening watch straps. Such a comfortable, easy strap to use. Excellent quality and finish, at a very fair price. Simplicity and security all in an attractive finish, with military-style vibes. Highly recommend.

I bought a pre-owned watch from WatchDives. The watch arrived and it was not what I expected. It had a lot of wear and damage and evidently someone had trying to file or grind the case and in doing so ruined it. I contacted Customer Service who immediately answered and kindly helped me with the issue. Every single person I communicated with was very friendly and helpful, no problems in getting refunded and resolve the issue.

I ordered a Watchdives WD1863 Space Pilot back on 1st June ‘26 and unfortunately the chronograph developed a fault where it wouldn't reset properly to 12 o'clock. I got in touch with WD support team and Mandy responded quickly, first trying to talk me through a fix, then sorting out a free return when that didn't work.

The return had a bit of a saga actually. Royal Mail UK somehow sent my parcel via Canada and back to the UK before it finally landed at WD's warehouse in France! Which added a good few weeks to the whole experience and a little anxiety as to if it would ever arrive. None of that was Watchdives' fault though, and Mandy kept checking in and updating me the entire time, which I really appreciated.

Once they finally received the watch back, they didn't mess about with a repair, they just sent me a full replacement, and refunded what I'd paid for postage as well. I've now got the new Space Pilot on my wrist and I'm really pleased with it, such a great watch.

This is actually my seventh watch from Watchdives, and this whole experience is a good example of why I keep coming back. Things don't always go to plan, but how a company deals with it when they don't is what matters, and Watchdives handled it really well. This is the key reason I would highly recommend Watchdives to one and all!

The build quality of their watches is good and feels premium. Delivery to the UK was fast. Their customer service is excellent; when I had an issue, they responded quickly and solved it perfectly. Watchdives has quickly become my favorite watch brand. I will definitely be buying from them again.

Being a chinese brand I was scared that it would be imposible to return a watch, but I was wrong. I bought a watch that stopped working in just two weeks, I wrote a mail to the wd team and they provided a solution. They paid for the shipping cost of returning the watch to the spanish warhouse and are now sending a new watch.

I would HIGHLY recommend Watchdives if you are looking to purchase a high quality watch on a budget. Their designs are absoultuely beautiful and their customer service is top-notch. I had a minor cosmetic flaw with my first order and ended up getting an exchange without any issues. The staff was kind enough to take the time to let me view and verify the new piece before having it shipped. I am a happy customer!

Very quick next day dispatch, excellent communication from watchdives with comprehensive tracking details.
The watch arrived in a week to the UK, love the watch, smaller than I usually wear but it has great wrist presence. The quality of the finishing is excellent.

All the twelwe Watchdives watches I have bought so far have been very nice: the aestethical and technical quality have been excellent. Only the recent WD0003G had an issue with the VH31 movement which stopped turning after 15 minutes. It was resolved by WD customer service: I sent it back and got a new watch in its place. I have since bought another three new watches. The new 2026 designs will be interesting to see in real life. Overall, I am very happy with the experience at the Watchdives web shop.

Really good experience. I received the watches in less than two weeks. There was an issue with my order, but customer service resolved it quickly and responded promptly to my messages. Definitely recommended.

Ordered my 2nd watch with them but realized I had selected the wrong dial. Emailed them and they could stop the order and refund very quickly which was wonderful!

I ordered a new strap from Watchdives and although it arrived very promptly it was the wrong colour. I emailed Watchdives and they got back to me very quickly and arranged a refund. Although the colour wasn't correct the strap itself was excellent quality and I have already reordered one in the colour I wanted.

I recently decided to take the plunge and buy 2 watches in one go- the WD007 NTTD V4 Seamaster homage (black, no date) and the WD007 V4 (in blue), both from the official watchdives site.

I have to say now that I have both watches in my hand, I'm over the moon with them. The V4 is really well made, and the finishing is excellent. I DID go the extra mile and spend the £100 on the titanium mesh strap for the black watch, and I'm glad I did. The quality / finish / weight of coupling the titanium case and strap make for a really lightweight watch, incredibly noticeable when compared to wearing its steel sister, the blue watch. Titanium is a reasonably unusual material for a watch and strap, and aside from the reduction in weight, it's worth mentioning that the duller matte colour is gorgeous and has such a unique, masculine, functional, rugged look. Well worth it.

I've coupled the blue watch with the steel mesh strap, and the look is also stunning. I'm sure the case on the blue watch is steel (which I'm sure the site didn't mention), but I'm happy about this as the original blue seamster is steel, so it's a more accurate homage.

As per the designated page on watch dives website, they acknowledge that there is some work to be done with their communication and turnaround times, and this was the case for me as a customer on this occasion. After purchase, I heard nothing re order progress for about a week, and chased via email and chat. It took a little while to hear back, but it transpired that shipment 1/2 for my order had been sent within a day or 2, so I received 1 of the watches a couple of days after chasing.
The second took a while longer, for no given reason. My advice would be... the watches are really good value for money, and the quality is excellent, so just be patient and accept you've bought a watch from China, it wont arrive overnight. It's worth mentioning that the communication, though a bit haphazard, was extremely polite and professional when I did receive communication. The duty-paid shipping was also a dream, and I had zero issue with UK customs.

Overall very pleased with my purchase, and if I could give 4.5 stars I would, as there is just a little work to be done with customer experience. Automated updates when items ship would solve the majority of this.

While Watchdives watches offer an amazing balance of quality and affordability, what truly blew me away was how they handled an unexpected issue.
Upon receiving my watch, I had an unforeseen issue with the bracelet screws. We all know these minor issues can happen, but what separates a great brand from an average one is how they respond. The Watchdives customer support team was outstanding. Without any hesitation or complicated bureaucracy, they acted professionally and immediately provided a solution (sending a replacement bracelet).
