Beautiful watch. Fast shipping and delivery considering we are in different countries. Chen was over and beyond with sincere dedication in making the experience exceptional in customer service. A little error however Chen rectified it immediately. Over all very good experience with a company a world away taking care of their customers.

I was just browsing the Internet and ran across a promotion for your watch collection. I’m not a huge fan of homage watches but I thought I’d make a small purchase and see what Militado was all about.
I must say I’ve been quite impressed with the watch.
It’s extremely comfortable to wear, and looks great.
I’m sure I will be making another purchase in the near future.

As a watch enthusiast, I've purchased watches from several Chinese brands over the years, and my experience with Militado has been one of the best so far.

I recently bought two ML21 models, and while I'm very happy with the watches, the real highlight was the customer support. The team was friendly, responsive, and proactive in helping with my queries. Communication was clear, and they made the entire purchase process easy and stress-free.

Good products are important, but great customer service is what builds trust and keeps customers coming back. Militado did both exceptionally well.

So far I have purchased three Militado watches directly from their website. I love Militado watches. But beyond the watches, Militado's customer service is excellent. They respond quickly and are flexible. I would much rather buy a Militado watch from their own website than from AliExpress, for example.

Watch immediately broke. Super cheap. Not worth shipping back for a new one. Would like a refund.

The experience of buying Militado watches from their website has been hassle-free so far. The customer service is responsive, and the duty-paid shipping service to India has been reliable so far. There are plenty of customisation options for the movement and straps, and the website itself functions reliably all the way up to the checkout and payment section.

However, only their budget field watches in the sub-$100/- price bracket are competitively priced - and they are all limited to quartz or meca-quartz movements. There aren't any competitively priced automatic options based on Miyota or Seagull automatic movements in the sub-$100/- category.

When I received the ML01, I was absolutely stunned. The watch is beautifully crafted, with incredible attention to detail, and I was especially impressed by how thin and elegant it is in person. The design exceeded my expectations, and it feels like a truly premium timepiece.

I was so impressed with the quality that I immediately wanted to order the other colors, but unfortunately they were all sold out. That just shows how desirable this watch is! I’ll definitely be keeping an eye out for restocks because I would love to add more of them to my collection.

When I retired I swore I would never wear a watch again. I finally got tired of asking my wife "What time is it?" (she finally got tired of telling me the time). And it's inconvenient to pull my iPhone out, especially if I'm driving or sitting down. So I bought an ML05 as my tool watch paired with a Marine Nationale watch strap. Very comfortable and does everything I need. I'm very impressed with the quality and accuracy of the watch. Haven't challenged the water resistance yet in the pool or the ocean, but I think it will pass.

I purchased a couple of versions of the ML08 and several straps. There was a slight issue during shipping, but once I contacted customer support, they immediately fixed the problem. I am more than happy with this purchase. I love the watches and straps and was amazed by the customer service. I look forward to future purchases.

Nice watch. Dead accurate, nice looking. Looks sorta dressy for a field watch. Can’t be beat for the price.
If they make a titanium version, I’ll buy it!
