As an affiliate partner, I am extremely disappointed with the customer support. I reached out multiple times regarding my affiliate account and commission-related questions, but my messages were simply ignored. I never received any response or update, which made me feel that affiliate partners are not valued. It is frustrating to spend time promoting a brand while being unable to get even basic support when issues arise. Reliable communication is essential for any affiliate program, and unfortunately, this experience has been very disappointing.

My sons love their Freego x2 pro and XO e-bikes. We had a few issues but customer support was very responsive and helpful. We needed new parts and they offered to send them out right away. I highly recommend Freego, we’re considering purchasing bike number 3!

I have bought 2 x series bikes from freego. The X2 pro I have had for about 6 months, my son loves that it is street legal. Also just recently bought an X3 pro. I had an issue with the screen. But the service staff has been friendly and responsive and is sending a replacement screen. Would highly recommend these bikes

Good bike, good customer service, high quality.

The quality of the bikes are great as well as the customer service, they respond fast and quick to help you resolve your issues. Personally, the Freego X3 Pro has been great since I’ve had it.

Quality product and great service. Had to wait longer because of shopping delays but Instant support over call was helpful. Rica from support was great in helping with all queries. Company refunded 100$ as good gesture for shopping delays.

My son very happy with the E bike and the quality super safe and comfortable driving I plan to buy other one for my daughter.

My son loves his Freego X2 Pro. After riding it for a few weeks, he crashed his bike. My son so okay but was upset he damaged his bike. I reached out to customer support for replacement parts to fix his bike. I dealt with Rica who was amazing and provided great customer service. Who ever thought you’d be able to directly text a customer service representative without going through some automated system. Rica constantly provided updates on my order and I received the parts in a timely manner. Freegos customer service was top notch! Thanks again and my son is back to riding and loving his Freego!

I am very happy with my son's freego X2pro !!!!!
Very well built bike at a fair price.
Any issues I have had were always rectified in a timely professional manner.
The bikes warranty is great.
Most recently the throttle broke on thos bike( my son's fault) I called to get a new and I received help from Rica and she sent me one immediately it eneded upbringing the wrong one and shipped out the correct one the next day.
Sometimes when you pay alot for a product you become hesitant but when you realize the support behind that product is top tier then it makes it worth it!!!!!!
Thats where the real value comes in !!!!

I love my freegos. I currently have 2. Will definitely be back. Customer service was great as well I had one issue with a part but Rica took care of me and Sent me a free replacement. Couldn't be happier.

We had some issues with shipping, and a part was broken upon arrival. They quickly addressed the problem and shipped us out new parts. Fantastic customer support. Will buy again!

This is one of the best warranty companies because they have to ask you just simple questions and then you get your part free of charge. No shipping would definitely recommend getting their warranty

This is one of the best company’s I ever bought from, the customer service is phenomenal, and the bikes are super high quality, the prices also have some decent discounts, there is more i could say about the bike the I bought but that wont be a good review because all the bikes are different, but I will 100% be buying from Freego again, and I recommend it for everyone, because they have a bike for everyone.

They where nice and communicative. I pre ordered the x3 and even with heavy traffic, customer support & the parts team got ahold of me within 24hrs of our first back-and-fourth. Huge Freego fan!

Rica helped me out on sending out a replacement tire for me and solved my issue, great person and great customer service!
