I baught my Car in Jan 2026. The sales poerson David was excellent, very helpful and professional. I was very happy with the trade in value given for my previous car and the whole process was very easy. Warren in finance made the process very straighforward and provided an very competitive rate for finance. All in all couldn't have been more satisfied. I had two small issues with the car and the after sales service was excellent very helpful and all issues were resolve immediately without any fuss.

Did buy from them GLA250E Year 22. At the start you are welcome to leave your money. Later when needs to be fixed hard to get them even to speak and organize service. So if you are not local don't buy, you will need to spend more time sort out by yourself and spend your own money.

CarStore is an excellent car dealer, I bought a Toyota corolla car from them, which is running perfectly after 1 month from buying it, most of their cars come with highest specs, and in excellent condition, as well as low mileage, which I didn't find in other places. They also provide a warranty on the cars, which is also great.
Also, I want to express my deep thanks and gratitude to Abanob from customer service , he is very professional and gentleman, he answered all my questions in a professional manner, and he gave me the car fully serviced and NCTed, and he also delivered the car to my house without any additional fees, he was also very helpful and supportive when needed, and he made the process very easy with all his extra efforts he made, I can't express more how I'm satisfied dealing with him.
I highly recommend CarStore to anyone searching for a new car.

FRIDAY INFORMED ME OVER THE PHONE THAT CAR IS AVAILABLE, VERY WELCOME TO COME FOR VIEWING. SATURDAY, I DRIVING 260km ONE WAY AND OTHER GUY TOLD ME THAT THIS CAR....... IS SOLD !!!!!!! NOT RIGHT NOW, ONLY FEW DAYS BEFORE !!!! OTHER THING IS. THIS SAME CAR IS STILL ADVERTISED FOR 18 DAYS ON DONE DEAL !!!!!! TOTALLY IDIOTS !!!!!

I was looking for a car for my son. I called to Keary’s Carstore, Little Island, Cork. I was met by Duncan who found a lovely car for us. As my son couldn’t be there the first day he made a video of the car and sent it to my son. There was a problem with the registration (which was not Duncan’s fault) but he sorted it out straight away. My son is delighted with his car. Thanks Duncan.

Shocking to deal with. Never rang, texted, nothing. Didn’t even move the car I wanted to view. Had €30,000 to spend. I’ll be going else where.

I just got a Audi q2 today and I have to say the customer service is great I dealt with Sean and what a gentleman he was so helpful and made the experience great buying my car would highly recommend

10 out of 10 for customer service we dealt with phil what a genuine gentleman we took 2 cars out on a test drive. Bought an Audi the whole process was smooth he answered all our questions honestly. I initially submitted a 1 star review due to several difficulties I experienced with the Service Manager,. However, Simon in sales directed me to Ciaran, and I must commend Ciaran for his outstanding professionalism. He handled my concerns efficiently and courteously, ensuring that everything was resolved without any inconvenience or stress on my part.
Kearys Dublin should consider themselves very fortunate to have someone of his calibre on their
team he went above and beyond for me. My car was also fitted with new hubcaps and window wipers complementary.
Thank you again Ciaran, for your patience and professionalism. I also want to thank Nicole for all her help she was a lady to deal with.

Five star service from start to finish! Truly the best team to deal with!

I dropped my Hyundai in for a full service and I picked it up the following day. 3 days later the dpf diesel particulate filter light came on. I bought the car back and they kept me waiting 2 and 1/2 hours to solve that problem. Their customer service is crap. I will never use them again.

Duncan was especially helpful in dealing with the faulty car i got from Keaeys and finally resolved the issue. He was a pleasure to deal with.

I have direct screenshots from my time as an agent with the Ting platform showing that I was instructed to “purchase” a car from Kearys Carestore in Dublin, then receive a refund and a commission, and leave a positive review. This process was specifically used to boost their sales numbers and online ratings. Based on my firsthand involvement, I do not trust this dealership or the reviews associated with it. There has been no response from them in regards to my trying to contact them.
