I did one interview for a measly $10 to find out if they actually pay. I did the interview which actually took 20 minutes. Then after the weeks for the interviews to be finished, they messaged saying I didn't complete it even though I did everything they asked me to do. What a scam

I am creating a video about a specific company and wanted to include firsthand experiences from reviewers to ensure accuracy and balance. To do this, I contacted Trustpilot to ask whether it was possible to get in touch with some of the reviewers.

This was Trustpilot’s initial response:

“We cannot share personal information such as email addresses for privacy and security reasons. Protecting the identity and personal data of our users is a key part of our platform’s policies.

If you would like to get in touch with a reviewer, we recommend that you ask them to contact you directly.”

However, no information was provided on how I could request that a reviewer contact me.

I replied asking whether Trustpilot could instead pass my email address on to the reviewers so they could contact me voluntarily.

Trustpilot then responded with the following:

“Due to our privacy policy, we are unable to assist with this request. We cannot share any personal information, including email addresses or other contact details, as this would compromise the privacy of our users.”

This response did not clarify how I was expected to follow the suggestion in their initial reply, nor did it explain any alternative method for contacting reviewers.

I have direct screenshots from my time as an agent with the Ting platform showing that I was instructed to “purchase” a car from Kearys Carestore in Dublin, then receive a refund and a commission, and leave a positive review. This process was specifically used to boost their sales numbers and online ratings. Based on my firsthand involvement, I do not trust this dealership or the reviews associated with it. There has been no response from them in regards to my trying to contact them.

I deposited a whole bunch of money $25000 to buy crypto. not only did they not give me the welcome rewards i was due, or the bonus rewards for buying crypto, but they refused to let me send my crypto to my other wallets, and they refused to let me do anything with it. then when i tried to sell the crypto they charged me a huge fee for doing so. The customer service are a bunch of stupid people who dont even know their own platform and are unable to help.

This company is the worst. I sent a cancel request to Sumo to change internet in October. I know this, and they know this as they sent me an email saying they received the request for change of service provider and to call them if it incorrect. My partner had gone and paid the bill, not realising that we had changed. So Sumo now owes me money. I have called numerous times since October trying to get the money back. Spoken to supervisors that have assured me that I will get it all back. Eventually and email is sent to me saying they have received the request in December and that I am not eligible for a refund. I have proof and they still refuse. Going to the telecommunications ombudsman as they are hopeless

Great customer service today. Although I didn't receive and email regarding my withdrawal, the gentleman was able to help me and explain the situation
