I made a deposit using my debit card on July 21. The funds were deducted from my bank account, but more than 48 hours later, they still have not been credited to my account. Customer support told me that the transaction was rejected and that the money would be refunded, but I still haven't received the refund.

I will update this review once the issue has been resolved and the appropriate solution has been provided.

My experience with IC Markets has been extremely disappointing. My cryptocurrency withdrawal was declined four times, and each time I was asked for a different document instead of being provided with a complete list of requirements from the beginning. This resulted in unnecessary delays, wasted time, and a great deal of frustration.
The support agents were polite, but the withdrawal process was inefficient and poorly managed. A simple withdrawal turned into days of back-and-forth communication because new requirements kept appearing after each rejection.
Based on my personal experience, I cannot recommend IC Markets to beginners. New traders need a broker with a clear and straightforward withdrawal process, and unfortunately, that was not my experience here. I hope IC Markets improves its withdrawal procedures and communication with clients in the future.

I’ve been a customer of for nearly four years and have never had a single problem. Customer service is quick when you need them. For instance, today (July 22nd), I had some login issues, and it was fixed within 10 minutes—fantastic! No issues with withdrawals. The only thing is that it can take up to three days, but that’s really it. I’ll likely be using IC Markets for many years to come!

today i contacted the live support to seek advice using trading view, they clarify to me which account i need to use with trading view, by mistake i created a wrong account new MT4 instead of Ctrader but they correct that for me as well, they were very helpful to me, thanks for them.

Well I have been with ICMarkets for well over half a decade. So far customer care has been great across all front. Again, I am doing this review because of great work done by Romar who assisted me to get access to my account when I had difficulties in using the Backup codes. He asked for all the details and promptly rendered me the service. People like him makes recommending ICMarkets to friends a delight.

Had trouble getting into my account but the guys at IC Markets was super helpful and sorted it out for me.
