I’ve been a customer of for nearly four years and have never had a single problem. Customer service is quick when you need them. For instance, today (July 22nd), I had some login issues, and it was fixed within 10 minutes—fantastic! No issues with withdrawals. The only thing is that it can take up to three days, but that’s really it. I’ll likely be using IC Markets for many years to come!

Mario at BDSwiss is a very helpful and well-trained and educated person. Not only does he takes time to explain what it takes to be successful in the financial world, but he also takes the time to talk about everyday things. He always asks if there is anything more he can help with and never rushes to hang up the phone. BDSwiss are very lucky to have such an employee with them.

As mentioned earlier, Mario/BDswiss, you are the definition of what customer service is. You follow up, you give advices and help. Always have the time to talk and guide me in the right direction. You always give me a boost after the conversations and give me the confidence I need, as a new beginner, to trade. You help me to increase knowledge, how to be up to dated in the financial world and not least how to survive in the long run. Thank you! :)
