The lady who served me gave excellent customer service despite suffering from a cold! She took time to compare measurements of various chairs to help me decide which one would be suitable. There was no pressure, just helpful information with friendly service plus a good sense of humour.

Very friendly sales assistant, prompt and welcoming acknowledgement. Asked professionalally 'How can we help you today?' instead of the annoying 'Are you OK?' so straightaway she soared to maximum positive rating. Demonstrated the product and answered all our questions, explained returns procedure if product unsuitable.
