I will never order from here again. First time I've ordered and the service was really poor. The delivery times say allow 3-5 days, I left seven and then having heard nothing , I emailed. No response. Used what's app and they apologized, said lots of staff had been on leave and to rest assured that my items were being prepared for dispatch. The items arrived the next day to be fair .....in a broken, soaking wet box. The state it arrived in was laughable. Fortunately, items weren't damaged, but I had not been sent one of the items, the v pillow.....and had been sent 18 packs of wipes instead of the one pack ordered!. I contacted them on Whatsapp and had an email back, they apologized , said I could keep the wipes and they'd send the v pillow. I stressed that receipt of this item was now urgent. Few days passed and heard nothing. Whatsapped and they said it had been sent. Nothing received again, whatsapped again for clarification of when it was sent and with what delivery time only to be told they were sorry but the item was no longer in stock. Clearly they were not intending on informing me of this and it was only through my querying that I found this out. I had wanted to support a smaller company and purchase off them but ended up ordering on amazon as the pillow was needed urgently for post op surgery and guess what , I was sent the correct order and it came the next day. Mistakes happen, but there were several mistakes as well as poor communication. My refund has been processed, but I wouldn't trust this company again to order as its so unreliable.

Great little table. Very well designed for anything on plate not to slide off. The lip on it will stop plates from tipping over.

Everything arrived on time. I was very disappointed with the quality of the "pedals" I bought. When you use them they are not very stable also they get very hot.

The step arrived very quickly. It is perfect for stepping out of patio doors into the garden. Before it was a fall risk.

I’m sure it will be great but unfortunately the 4 “e clips” were not included,I rang customer services and a very nice young lady assured they would be put in the post,so I’m awaiting delivery.
