Can’t recommend highly enough.

Can’t recommend highly enough.
Bought a walking frame and (probably )stripped a screw putting it together. Called customer support (number 1 in the queue at 10:30 am) and spoke to Amy who was amazing. Ran through a very few question and then did a video call to evidence the issue. Collection and replacement both arranged for next day.

Charlotte, Jamie and the team did a great job selling the houses of both my partner and myself, and helping us with our purchase.
Communication was great throughout and they were extremely considerate and helpful throughout what (as everyone knows) can be a stressful process.

Moldy bits but dealt with

Edited due to good service. First time I’ve used them as PetsatHome were out of Superdog Lurcher food. Arrived quickly but a lot of bits were moldy. Guessing it was very old stock. However, they responded and sent a new bag free of charge which was good quality. Would recommend.

Leza Baldwin is outstanding!

5 stars aren't enough! Leza Baldwin is a pleasure to work with and has made the whole process a lot less stressful than it could have been. She is extremely knowledgeable, reassuring and patient, and helped us work through a difficult time when our first offer had to be withdrawn as our own sale didn't go through.
We eventually got our own house sold and will be moving in to our dream home thanks to Leza's (and her client's) patience and understanding.
I can't recommend her highly enough.
