Perfect bra! Wow what an amazing product the jelly bra is soo comfortable the most comfy bra I’ve worn the material is so soft and pretty pattern. The colour is lovely also thankyou Conturve! Customer service was excellent fast delivery securely packaged!

Well Ive finally found the ultimate comfy bra, I initially ordered the wrong size so contacted customer services who arranged an exchange which arrived only a couple of days later & is perfect 👌 I will definitely be buying more.

Total comfort, a great fit, wonderful support and shape. I wish I had found them sooner.

Still waiting for part of my order from 06aug.. this is my 2nd trustpilot review , they responded the first time asking for order ref so I sent another email to their customer support as well as raised a note on their site but still no response. Tell me how I’m supposed to tell you my order ref if you ignore my emails

The service was great from start to finish I contacted conturve as I hadn’t had a confirmation email they answered within5 hours of me reaching out. They sorted the problem and I received my items the next day. I love the bras they are so comfortable and soft and no wire. I would recommend conturve to all my friends and family. Customer service is was fantastic

I have had only positive experiences with this company .customer service is fantastic . I have been helped twice now with return and refund issues and they were very speedy and extremely helpful. The products are also very good . Great quality and extremely comfortable . I have recommended to friends now too .

Great quality bras and good fit, I did order shape wear and sized up to 3XL/4XL instead of XL/2XL which is my usual size, didn't fit so I gave it to my mum who is 2 sizes smaller than me and it didn't fit her either so the sizing for the shapewear isn't accurate but I found the bras to be accurate and they're the comfiest bras I have.

I bought 3 bras and they are the most comfortable and well fitting i have had in a long time, the fact they come with an extender in the same colour is a bonus. Customer service is excellent and their promise to exchange is brilliant. Will always buy my bras from here and recommend to everyone.

I have recently gone beserk and bought 5 in 2 orders. These bras are so comfortable and make my elderly boobs look good again! I love the fact there are no wires, wide straps and sides and come in so many different colours. I have a wide back due to osteoporosis but smallish cup size. The XL fits perfectly. Don’t know how you do it but it works!

Always sceptical that non wired bras are going to hold me up and don’t normally like to spend £30 on a bra but these are fabulous and well worth the money. Feel like I’ve got underwired bra on but I haven’t, very comfortable, no sticking in your armpit or baggy sides. Easy to order and arrived quickly.

The scalloped jelly bras not only look pretty but they're thr most comfortable bras I've ever worn. I've previously purchased their ultimate comfort bra which was good but the jelly bras are even better. Personally I've found their customer service to be faultless - I ordered a size which didn't fit and a larger size was dispatched immediately.

I ordered a strapless bra from Conturve. Unfortunately, as I had lost quite a lot of weight the bra was too big so I contacted them in order to return it and receive a refund
They permit purchasers to wear the bra and wash to check it suits you and still return it and receive a refund. I did not wear the bra as it was too big.
Conturve advised I could change my bra for another one and would not need to return the original bra ordered
I decided I just wanted to return my unworn bra and receive a refund.
I advised them of this and they asked if I was sure i didn’t want to try another brand and would not need to return the original bra ordered.
I requested my refund and asked for the qr code and return address
They thanked me and said it was not necessary to return my bra but to keep the bra or pass it to charity and they would still issue me a refund.
The same day I was advised the refund was on its way to me!
I have found the customer service provided by this company absolutely amazing
They immediately responded to all emails i sent almost by return, suggested I should wash it an wear it and could still return it if not satisfied for a refund or to exchange for a different bra. As I mentioned earlier I did not want the bra and pressed them for the info to return it but no they said to keep it and the would still refund me.
This is the most wonderful Customer Service. You can’t go wrong buying anything from this company as they will look after you - like they have with me.
Thoroughly recommend Conturve and their ethos.

I paid for next day delivery and a week later and nothing has been delivered yet. I’ve had the postage refunded but had asked for a full refund. The tracking says they are still waiting to receive the item, well so am I funnily enough. Waiting on a response ref a refund or if the tracking says anything useful. If the Royal Mail haven’t received it yet then surely it was never sent 😡
