They did reply to the criticism. I responded on the link they gave me. Evidently they did not like the answer. Rider Nav is a relatively small, though important purchase in the scheme of things of GS ownership. It is almost unique to get such rapid and personal responses to my enquiries. Customer service writ very large indeed. I have a long tour in September we will comment further on the actual product at the end of that.

Speedy Delivery. Days quicker than I expected.

I bought this unit after the 3rd Navigator V1 died in 3 years. I travelled a long ride using it and it was a disaster. It reorganised the WP's into alphabetical order. The software has been corrected but still the display is very unclear especially when NOT navigating a route. Also its address finding capability is lamentable. There are no intermediate stages, town, postcode etc. If it does find it then it takes forever.

The company is always courteous in its correspondence though it seemed slow to come to grips with the nub of the complaint relating to its "satisfaction guarantee" Eventually after many emails and explanations the refund was eventually made.
I had an issue with the map display when using MyRoute App where the image was almost invisible. The Navigating app is quite clear when I use it on my car nav screen so the fault is with the Trust Pilot unit and not the navigation app.

I used to use Garmin Base Camp.(No longer supported by Garmin) This is much better. I can use the laptop on line to plan the routes and send them to my GPS unit and navigate offline while, riding. The maps are automatically up to date The maps are clear and finding places is super quick. So one can plan routes as I have just done of over 3000 kms and I am confident that I can lead the group with no panic through mapping failures.

This review is for a Motor Tablet Pro Max The Unit is sturdy and it was a quick fit. BUT I bought it as a GPS Unit and the display using MyRoute App was totally illegible. I tried to get the 100 Day FREE returns guarantee to apply and the company don't want to know. Procrastination but no money back.
They have replied saying it should work. BUT it Doesn't. I tried the help desk, they sent an update which did nothing. I still want a refund as per their guarantee, with Free returns, they're still not giving it.

A rapid response to a pre purchase enquiry.

Now we await delivery to see if all is as promised.

Many years ago I transferred my pension funds from insurance companies, into cash and into equities via i Dealing.com. Since then I have never drawn a penny back until NOW and I have decided to cash in.
They offer NO CHAPS or BACS payment and a limit of £50k per cheque and a £25 fee for each one. When one has built a tidy sum this withdrawal is very expensive indeed for what should be a simple Internet Banking transaction.

First they sent the wrong parts. Then they insisted I return them before they sent replacements. I had to order again, pay again, to expedite delivery. 8 days after I returned the wrong ones receipt has not been acknowledged, refund not made. The replacement parts have not arrived. Contacted them "order is being prepared". That means nothing at all.

I am Fiscally resident in France.SharePad was unble to adapt to a different financial year end and to report accordingly.

Je déteste acheter des pantalons de moto. Je sais que je suis trop petit dans la jambe, trop gros dans la taille et je n'ai pas de fesses qui correspondent à ma taille. Donc ce pantalon est super à la taille, trop long au niveau de la jambe et trop large au niveau des fesses. J'adorerais acheter ce dont j'ai besoin dans l'un des magasins de motos, mais ils n'ont jamais de stock pour les personnes ayant une jambe intérieure courte. Vous semblez servir les motards de plus de 2 mètres de haut. Mais le service des retours et superbe.
