We were home. No attempt at contact made. Driver jammed large package into smaller receptacle bin outside our gate. Package then clearly visible to anyone and unprotected from rain etc.. Receptacle bin distorted by delivery driver. . We had to dismantle packaging to get the actual product out of the bin. Even so it took two of us to get it out. We have recorded photos. Appalling service. Fastway were the only good couriers. UPS joins DPD as the pits. Anybody know a good courier in Ireland.???? Anyone noticed that the 'personal' answer from UPS to a complaint is always the same response in identical phrasing from 'Raja'. Don't expect anything meaningful from UPS. They really don't care.

Great support. An odd conflict between Fortectand safety features from other software arose. Tooke several hours to resolve but Fortect support was fast and accurate. Even tho they say it may take 48 hrs to respond, don't be put off, I waited no more than 10 mins eah time. goodsupport is vital.

Would be a 0 if that was possible. Wished I'd read these reviews before I ordered. As everyone says this is a bogus company. They say they are an Icelandic company and their jumpers are hand knitted using Icelandic wool. Delivery takes so long that you'll be too late to cancel. They are so brazen that their jumpers have a label inside saying "Polyester Made in China". I was disappointed by PayPal who just adopted a "pay for shipping, send the jumpers back and get a refund" attitude. Two big problems: Cost of return shipping was greater than value of refund for goods AND would you be certain that you would get a refund anyway. As you can see from other reviews, they are constantly changing their name. Also, surprise, surprise they stop answering when you ask them how to return the good, documents needed etc.. I'm lucky - first time I've been scammed this way. Next time I will check Trust Pilot for reviews and also the website Scamadviser for help.

I GIVE DPD 0 STARs. In the last 4 years I have had ONE DPD driver who actually brought deliveries to my door. Every other delivery by DPD has just been thrown over my gate, and I am always at home. I have spoken to the local depot in Waterford personally - nothing changes. DO NOT BUY FROM SUPPLIERS WHO USE THIS DELIVERY COMPANY. They are rubbish.

Claire Blake-Böhm. Excellent product too. The whole experience sadly marred by the Irish courier DPD who just threw the package over the gate and into a water gully. The foil wrapped contents survived. The accompanying paper documents did not!

Deliberately sent/sold wrong items. As I liked their Sportsmans leads, , I ordered 8 x "Sportsmans leads" in 2 different colours, via their current website. I was sent 8 leads in one colour, totally different, unyielding material. Horrible. No warning. Nothing. I'm told by a relative that the Sportsmans leads as shown on the website haven't been available for ages, yet they still advertise them. I have written 3 times to them and they have yet to respond.

som years ago I needed to find a bulk supplier of MSM flakes who uses ingredients from reputable sources. I have a number of dogs who lead very active lives in Search and Rescue and general retrieving. These activities mean that their muscles and joints must recover well from really strenuous exercise. And it worked so well for them that I take MSM myself now!! Excellent product and fast delivery. Highly recommended.

If you live in Ireland don't buy a VAX product. They will not provide filters into Ireland. Yet the warranty is voided if you don't regularly change filters and if you use a non VAX product. They don't answer any emails asking for help. The product itself is OK but totally unsupported. Their Customer Support is non existent. They should not be allowed to sell VAX products in Ireland.
