I placed an order through ETSY purchasing an item from on of the vendors on their site. The item of clothing was awful: crooked seams and gaps. Tried to return it but no information on the vendor is available and ETSY does not stand behind their vendors. Their complicated email has non-existant URL addressed. Complete FRAUD. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

I have been very happy with all items purchased from VP over the years finishing three bathrooms, etc. I recently returned a defective retractable washing line and I have received a full refund. Excellent and very personal service. Good prices and good selection! DR L. HAAR

Interesting line of products although I do not like hidden costs. The socks should come with batteries as they are otherwise useless. I suppose someone might be purchasing a second prayer with intention of using the same batteries however it should be made clear on your website that if it is a first pair, batteries are needed BUT not included

Next to the coming of Christ, it was the most rewarding and fullfilling experience of my life. Truly, your efficient delivery involving one white van and a polite young man knocking on my door in a gentle fashion was a life-changing experience.

I purchased a second Swann Camera. It works just fine.

They came to our home to look at scaling and lime deposit in the sewer toilet line claiming that their camera could investigate the issue. The Technician, 'Craig', was not able to put the camera into the toilet more than one meter. He told me nothing I did not know. Plus, he moved his dirty equipment from the tiled bathroom to the carpeted area outside the bathroom, dirtying the carpet. We paid £180 for nothing! Uselesss!

IT WAS A LIFE AFFIRMING EXPERIENCE. BEFORE THIS SHOPPING ON YOUR SITE, I WAS LOSING THE WILL TO LIVE BUT PURCHASING THIS NEW SHOWER HEAD HAS GIVEN ME A FRESH HOPES FOR THE FUTURE.

I really like paying for over-priced train tickets which include the fixed cost to NetWork Rail ultimately going HM Treasury.

It is my second Roberts Internet Radio. Recommend them in their design, functions and sound quality.

We purchased a BMW Three Series, 330D. The car looked excellent but initially there were some minor electrical issues (as eventually discovered, the alternator and battery needed replacing). The owner Julian, his mechanic Johnny and an electrical expert went to great lengths to solve the problem. He promised as well if the problem could not be solved he would take the car back even after the allowed period. Anyway, they solved the electrical issue and the car now runs beautifully and was decent value for the money. Dr L. Haar

ALTHOUGH A FULL REFUND WAS CLAIMED, THEY ASKED FOR 15% RESTOCKING CHARGE. OUTRAGEOUS. BUT, TO MAKE MATTERS WORSE, MONTHS HAVE NOW PASSED AND THEY HAVE NOT REFUNDED THE MONEY. I recently purchased several two-button men's polo shirts from M&S. They are all cotton. The seams are nice and flat and the shirts are all very well made. No designer logos. Nice weight too. They are less than £20 each which is a great buy! Ralph and Lauren and Lacoste shirts are priced at four times as much. Unless you really need to advertise a logo, I recommend them highly!
