This company is a waste of space They promised to book you in promises are broken. They don't have a system in place that they will call the customer in advance. Not happy with the service, terrible, terrible management system. I get a call from my management saying. Can we have another chance? And this is what you get , I would stay away
Avoid at all costs.
A Safestyle representative covering the Birmingham area visited me in early August 2026 for what was supposed to be a pre‑booked window quote. The visit was extremely brief, unprofessional, and nothing like a genuine window assessment.
I explained that I’m a leaseholder and own the interior of my maisonette, while the Council owns the exterior. Despite this, the rep immediately claimed the Council was responsible for replacing my windows - which is incorrect. He then contradicted himself by saying I would need to contact the Council for permission before any work could be done.
Despite being booked for a quote, he did not measure a single window, did not inspect any rooms other than the lounge, did not check the broken locks, and did not provide any product information or pricing. His explanation was that he “couldn’t give a quote because prices change,” which is not how any reputable window company operates.
The entire visit lasted around nine minutes before he left without carrying out any meaningful assessment.
I raised a complaint, and a manager called to apologise and explained that Safestyle regularly installs windows on leasehold properties. He arranged for a different representative to visit last Thursday.
I ensured I was home all day for the second appointment - no one from Safestyle showed up, and I received no contact from them.
This company has wasted my time twice and demonstrated a complete lack of professionalism.
Avoid, avoid, avoid.

This company is a part of Anglian and follows their method of high pressure selling. My salesman started with a quote of over £8000 for a new front door with adjoining windows. Reduced by an offer ending tomorrow, a pensioner discount, a call to his manager to reduce it to under £5k,an attempt to get me to agree on the spot, and an offer of a further reduction. Then four contacts after I told the first we had gone with someone else and the last after my request to stop bothering me or id give negative feedback.

I would not give a star if that was an option.
I asked for a quote from these cowboys and they sent a sales man round. He talked me through my requirements and took 25% deposit off me within 2 seconds. Would not let me think about my order just said I had to pay. When the surveyor attended 8 days later he told me that sensors had to be removed by myself or the "workmen would walk off site and not carry out the work but I will still be charged full price". I immediately attempted to remove the sensors but could not therefore cancelled my order and guess what - to my surprise I have not received my 25% deposit back nor have I had the courtesy of a response. Therefore, Safestyle UK have stolen money from me as the Surveyor did not attend on time. Absolutely appalling behaviour and this needs to be seen by every member of the public who work hard for their money only to have it stolen off them by Safestyle UK.

The product is excellent as was the Installation. It is when you need aftersales it becomes a big issue. The door handle is extremely stiff and we have phoned and emailed several times and 6 weeks on have no response other than an automated promise to respond in 5 days ....three weeks later still nothing. They are very keen on contact when selling and getting your money but after that they are not interested. Next stop trading standards or ombudsman. Avoid

Paul and Luke fit our new back door this morning. They arrived promptly and worked very efficiently to have the door on in no time at all. They were also very tidy and considerate of us. Thank you very much

Installer arrived as arranged, fitted good quality front door and windows. On completion all mess was cleared away, I was most impressed and would have no hesitation in recommending Safestyle Windows Company.

So sad to see all these negative comments.
Admittedly, I dealt with this company over 6 years ago and can only praise them for their promptness, excellent fitters and customer service. I will be contacting them again, soon, for a quote for my garden room door.
I only hope the service is as good as I remember! 🙋♀️

Gradually dropping stars...
Installation was patchy, had to return 3 times due to wrong orders and incorrect installation. All windows were ordered childlock and the one without was our childs room. Both front and backdoor catching and creaking, been trying to get in touch for weeks, even gone as far as complaints process (no call back)

Everything went fine and within the agreed time. The fitter (Rowen) was a class act; super efficient and quite meticulous in his work. The main complaint I have, however, is that the responsibilities of both the salesman and the surveyor were quite poorly defined; after placing our order for a door and glass panels, we changed our minds about some minor details (type of glass and style of door). We contacted the sales person, who has been responsive and friendly from the get go, but he asked us to mention the changes to the surveyor when he turns up. When we mentioned our changes to the surveyor, he was visibly annoyed with the salesman and gave us the classic moan of others not doing what they’re supposed to. The surveyor was nice to deal with and very polite but I absolutely hate finding myself involved in a conflict I didn’t ask for. It sort of spoiled the experience a little but we’re very happy with the overall result.

These are the worst fitters of windows by far. When they removed my old windows they took down all the wall above windows in 3 of my bedrooms, it was so bad you could see the attic, they left leaving a huge mess, coke cans and wall rubble everywhere. I had to call them back several times within the first year. My advise is look elsewhere for windows, this company causes damage and stress.

The worst conpany ever. Without fail. If I could show you a photo of their ineptness O would but unfortunately Trustpilot doesn’t have that facility.
It goes on and still nothing after 4 months and still the doors havent been replaced with ones that actually fit.
Now the handles broken too.
Never use this company. Or, use this company t at your own risk

The guy who turned up was not the guy who had contacted me through Facebook who said he would come and give me a quote.I learned later that this is their modus operandi in other words this man just makes the appointments- misleading. I can’t remember the name of the salesman who appeared but he drove me nuts as he talked for 2 hours none stop - I was at screaming point. The particular door we wanted couldn’t be provided but the loft window was available. The estimate arrived from Michael.Wilson @ Safestyle - the cost was ridiculously high . I emailed him back to say that we did not wish to proceed with the company.thanking them for supplying the quotation. The local company who we have used before quoted us £400 less for the work. I then received another email reducing the cost by £200. I have just had another phone call from them which I didn’t answer. They need to offer training to their salesmen so that they act in a professional manner rather than talking at potential customers

Everything with fitting ok But they delivered scaffolding which trashed our back garden and wasn't needed and didn't collect it in a hurry, after us making calls to them they said few days. Its 2 days and scaffolding which wasn't used is still trashing our back garden, my garden isn't safe for my grand children either and I can't even put clothes on washing line. Very disappointed. 20/08/2026.

Lovely rep. Seemingly professional company. Paid a nearly £1500 deposit in Feb, had a lovely guy come to measure the windows promptly after then NOTHING. It’s now August. Despite several emails with the cancellation department, promises of someone getting back to me, phoning to find out what’s happening, given a discount still nothing for the trouble and delay which was of course appreciated, I agreed to hang on. I asked for plans to submit to the managing company of my building. I was sent a poor quality scan of hand drawn diagrams which were difficult to read the writing. I asked for clarification of one of the windows as I was unsure what it was showing (1/3 opening vs 2/3 that I’d requested) I received a bland reply stating that they had provided drawings. When my management company asked for more professional digital drawings I asked again and received the same response. When I called to get in touch with someone, they said the person I needed to speak to was away and would get back to me by the end of the week. Nothing. I then emailed the cancellation desk and was given the name of the someone and was told they would contact me. Nothing. I emailed the person after receiving no response from a phone call from them. The email bounced back. Have decided to try to get my money back through my credit card company as non response from the company re windows arriving.

Just had Vijay give a quote for a new front door. Nice, quick service, well explained. Didn’t feel pushy. Good service

Good service from start to finish.
10 out of 10 for Michael Samuelson the fitter. Did a fab job installing the window. Cleaned up after work was completed.
Have used Safestyle in the past. Would certainly use again.

Can't even turn up for a quote.
Booked in for 11 am on 16-08-26.
At 11:25 I rang the office to find out what was going on.She found my booking straight away, but said the local office hadn't been informed so she'd get them to call me to reschedule.
I said not to bother because if this is the standard I have to deal with,I'm going elsewhere.
Think I've dodged a bullet.
