I have waited more than a year for my stable door caps for over the hinges, after constant sent messages to the contact 'Jamie' and just being ignored. The initial set up wasn't great either, with one... See more

Jamie Jeebsy, who must be an employer or manager, is leaving racist comments under a loving post. "Deport". Uneducated and unintelligent.
Didn't even get past the quote stage.
I asked for Safestyle to come out for a quote, arranged an appointment and then Anglian rang. Only to tell me they were the same company!
Salesman turned up, didn't even introduce himself, proceeded to 'sell' the company, tell me all about how good they are and after 30 minutes gave a ridiculous quote. It wasn't anywhere near my price range and he suddenly dropped it by £4,000, still not in my price range so he rang his 'boss', asked for a discount code and managed to reduce the quote by another £3,000....how much do they actually make then if they can reduce their prices so dramatically?
I was told the quote lasted 7 days, I told them I had other quotes coming in and would be in touch with them if I wanted to go ahead. In the meantime I received 3 sales calls (one at 8pm), I wasn't impressed and told them I didn't like being bombarded and I would ring them if I wanted to use their service, which obviously I don't!
Safestyle you are far too pushy and are stuck in the past with how your reps deal with quotes.
Steve arrived on time.Very friendy efficient. He did a first rate job .Cleaned and cleared up as he went along .Very satisfied with the replacement doors. Excellent service

Dan the hard working fitter did a fantastic job. Super fast. Katie is a fantastic person to sort out payments, Ricky is just a proper bloke. If you need new windows or doors, don't waste you time , RING THESE GUYS.

The windows are great, however they missed off one of the childlocks and damaged the plaster. The installer said someone would come to fix that but not heard back, sent a message to them but still no response after a few months. Will have to chase them further, so sadly wouldn't recommend it based on poor afterservice

As a quadriplegic I asked for communication via email rather than my phone (I can't answer the phone) This Company Has No Understanding Of The Equalities Act 2000

The issues with SafeStyle and their parent company Anglian Windows continues. We are now 6 months in from our initial signing of contract. The doors have been fitted by, quote: ‘incompetent and untrained fitters,’ according to Anglian Windows Swansea branch manager himself!
Having had the main fitter come and inspect the work and admit they were likely too big for the property and the worksmanship was sub-standard, we have been waiting 5 weeks since our last communication with the manager.
No engineer has contacted us and we are now completely in the dark as to what their plans are. The damage to the property is quite extensive with open blockwork where render has not been made good, doors which are not level so they hold water in the rail and cause the floor to have pools of water in the rain, damage to the skirting board, laminate floor and plastering indoors.
We have now been involved with Cotizens Advice Wales, trading standards and the consumer helpline with a view to taking legal action and seeking compensation.
It is so incredible that such a company has completely tried to steam roller their obligations. We have no intention of paying any more money to this company.
I can only advise anyone not to use this company; they are the worst ever!!!

I'd give the -10 if I could. Didn't show up for the appointment, no call, no tex, no email. What century are these guys living in? I think I scared them off when I said "don't give me that I'll phone my manager for a discount BS". Rubbish Service. If this is how you start a relationship, imagine the rest of it. Sorry. You're crap. Don't phone me again.

I was charged for my door twice.
By Ashi Group and Safestyle/Anglican.
When I rang up three weeks ago, the Birmingham regional office said it would be refunded. By credit card is overdrawn because they haven’t refunded.
I have emailed the London office: 6 days later they emailed to tell me the regional office has been passed my email.
I have filled a dispute form with my credit card so they can get the money back for me. The credit company rang me whilst I was in hospital getting immunotherapy injection so I could tell them why my credit limit was over due to Ashi/Safestyle/ Anglican not refunding my payment.

The fitting of these windows was a mess from start to finish, they fitted two windows in the wrong rooms, said they would come back to refit them, and I insisted on them being redone that day, even one of the fitters said they looked a mess. That was the second week of May, we are now in July and for all the phone calls I have made I haven't had one reply, I'm 77 years old and they have took advantage of me, it's looking like I've lost thousands of pounds to these cowboys.

Never even made it to getting a quote!
Initially arranged an appointment for sales rep to come on a Friday at 1pm, received call from said rep to confirm so we waited in. 1pm came and went with no sign of the rep. Contacted their call centre who couldn’t tell me where he was but would reach out to Area Manager. Still heard nothing.
Had a call following Monday to ask for a second chance at a quote to make things right, so booked in again for the Friday coming. Received call from their sales manager on Thursday evening saying they weren’t coming as their sales rep had other appointments.
Absolute shambles. Will not even bother entertaining them for a quote in future.

Absolute shambles of a company when it comes to communication. Once you have finally accepted their price (after any "special discounts") communication becomes very poor. Our fitter (not his fault it's down to the logistics/planning team) should have arrived and started between 7 and 10AM on day 1. I called the office 3 times and each time got told he would be 30-40mins. He finally arrived at 3pm and only had time to fit 1 window so now it's likely the install will take longer than hoped. They also sent just 1 guy to do a lot of windows and doors!

The only reason I’m giving them a 2 star is due to the guys who installed the windows who were excellent.
Bought the windows and promised the world. Rang 14 times with no response or date given for installation. The only option on the phone lines that someone answers is the new business line.
Put a complaint in via email and received an automatic reply explaining someone would be in touch within 5 working days, 13 days have gone and still nobody’s contacted me. I even had a phone call from someone to do a survey on how my experience had been with the fitters a week before they were installed.
On install the two front windows were fitted on the wrong side and getting told I need to contact head office. I’ve been trying to contact them but at this point I think I will just live with it and learn from my mistake of picking this company.
I would not recommend them, unprofessional and next to impossible to get in touch with them.

I got a quote from these guys and three other companies, I never purchased in the end but out of all four companies that came out to quote, these were the most pleasant to deal with.

Had a new door and window fitted in March this year and I can’t fault the sales team. Nice down to earn guy and just to the point which I respected. I choose this company for the warranty etc and knew if anything went wrong wouldn’t be a hassle and it justified paying more than say a local firm to do it. On the day the door got fitted everything was going great and just as he was leaving I noticed on the new door a mark. I pointed it out to him so he touched it in. Still stood out so he said leave it a month or 2 then try clean it off. Left it awhile and did exactly that and no look. Raised it as issue In a email and took weeks before they got back to me even though the email response says they will be in touch within so many working days which they wasn’t. Now in July and last week I got a phone call saying they will come out on the 2nd and fix the mark and another part which is now bubbling. They mentioned they will text me a time slot the day before so could plan for it and surprise they didn’t. They turned up today when I was out and I was driving so not a lot I could do so understandable left but they don’t delivery on there word. I recently bought the rest off the windows I needed and originally was going to use them again but after the service I have received not a chance. Nice and straight forward taking my money but not on fixing the issues.
Edit,
I got phone call agreeing a date for them to come out and the lady on the phone mentioned I would get a call the day before. Surprise sunrise I didn’t. They turned up late afternoon and by that point I’d waited in long enough and went out so missed them. 2nd time same again. Another phone call and get it booked in but this time I got a time slot 08:00-10:00. Any guesses. Didn’t turn up. Waited till 12 and went out and got a phone call around 13:00 from the fitter which at least he rang. 3rd attempt now. Again they say they will call the day before I provide a time and as usual it’s not happened. Each time we miss one another the phone operator says I’ve missed the appointment when it’s not the case. Provide me a time and I’ll be in 100%. Understand stuff go wrong so can never truly say for definite but the service is just a joke.
Had a bad experience as it was and it’s just getting worse.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!
They sold us a full set of windows and then after a week went bankrupt and the company was seized rhis has happened with them multiple times. We was promised 15 years warranty for the order and any issues someone will be out now have issues with our purchase and can NOT get anyone to help as we are no longer under this new “business” as a customer. The service is awful! There’s no help they tell you to go to the insurance for help which we did to be told they can’t do anything for us either because they don’t work in this trade. I repeat do not buy! 2 years almost of chasing for help

I had front and back windows installed in a top floor (second floor) flat. They had to comply and be in keeping with the other windows in the block with dark wood appearance externally. However, I was able to choose white internally with chrome handles, which has made the flat look fresh and modern.
A little glitch initially, as I wasn't aware that the scaffolding involved would incur an additional cost and hadn't been factored into the quote. However, this was dealt with satisfactorily and I am pleased with the end result - the appearance and quality of the windows is excellent. They replaced old, wooden ones. I would definitely recommend the company and have chosen to use Safestyle again, in my own home.
