My beautiful red door
I ordered a composite door with We Do Doors, at a very reasonable price, for supply and fit. Communication was great throughout. When my door was fitted there was a manufacturing issue with the mechanism, thanks to my Fitter Steve, who over-checked it and found the fault. It only took two days for a new part to arrive and Steve came out the same day and completed the job. The whole experience was professional and the agents very courteous and on the ball. Highly recommend!!

I purchased my front door through WDD a year ago and had such a great customer experience that when the time came to replace my back door there really was no competition.
Their service - from quote, to fitting, to payment - is excellent; not pushy, just honest, helpful and friendly.

We found this company on TrustPilot and as per other reviews, they kept in touch with us regularly all the way through the process. All the staff were very friendly. We then liaised directly with Steve the fitter. On the day he went over and above (I had forgotten to remove my alarm wire as my previous door had come with the house when it was new). Steve sorted this out. The standard of finish is very high, inside and out. I would highly recommend this company

From start to finish the communication at all points is outstanding. Sales were great. Ryan that looked after our order after the sale before installation kept us updated every step of the way. Chris that installed the door along with his partner did an amazing job. Meticulous, fitted perfectly, great attitude and they cleaned everything up when finished. The same fitters and We Do Doors also fitted my daughters front door 4 years ago, it looks and works as good as the day it was installed. Would HIGHLY recommend this company.

I cannot recommend We Do Doors highly enough.
Within just 15 minutes of submitting a quote request through their website, I received a call from Craig. He was exceptionally professional, polite, and knowledgeable. During our brief conversation, he took all the necessary details and provided a quote within minutes. After spending weeks trying to find a trusted door supplier that covered my area, speaking with Craig for just five minutes gave me complete confidence that I had found the right company.
Choosing We Do Doors turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made. Every member of the team I interacted with was friendly, professional, and highly knowledgeable, making the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
The door arrived within the agreed timeframe, and the installation was excellent. The fitter completely removed the old door and frame, installed the new one within a couple of hours, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The workmanship was outstanding.
The door itself is of exceptional quality. After receiving the colour samples, I chose an olive-green finish with polished chrome furniture, and the result is absolutely stunning. I genuinely cannot stop admiring it. It is elegant, beautiful, and exactly the door I have always wanted for my home.
What impressed me even more was the value for money. The same product had been quoted at almost twice the price by other suppliers, yet We Do Doors delivered superior service, quality, and professionalism throughout.

DON'T DO DOORS
Absolutely dreadful experience with this company, they really Don't do Doors. Do not go near them unless you want a complete bodge job from start to finish. Ordered in January finally fitted at end of March, not to order of specifications. One fitter arrived to fit heavy door & smashed plaster on door surround. The door frame has more expandable foam & silicone sealant than I've ever seen in my life. The door does not appear straight although the old door did, lock takes 10 turns with key before able to open. Customer service absolutely appalling, 17 emails & 10plus calls, totally dismissive. Plastering still not rectified was offered a bag of polyfilla to replaster a complete door surround a absolute insult. Just could not stress ourselves with this any more & had to take the route of a refund process via credit card which at least will pay for the replastering necessary. As to wether the door stays put for the next 20 years as the previous 1 did is a entirely different matter but I extremely doubt the already yellowing sealant & expandable foam will hold that test of time.

You ordered a door with us in January last year, and we attended to complete your survey two days later. Your door was then delivered to your fitter at the beginning of March, and was fitted the next day.
The door was manufactured to the specifications confirmed with you prior to production. We understand that you were unhappy with the colour and operation of the door handle, despite it matching the option selected when the order was placed. As a gesture of goodwill, we replaced the handle at no cost to you.
Following installation, you reported a small crack in the plaster adjacent to the door, which was repaired at the time. You contacted us again in February this year requesting that we replaster the area. As plastering is not a service we provide, we offered either for our fitter to revisit or, alternatively, to contribute towards the cost of filling the affected area as a gesture of goodwill. You chose not to proceed with a further visit.
We note your comments that the entire door surround was affected. However, our installation photographs do not indicate that this was the case.
We have reviewed the correspondence and calls relating to your order and are satisfied that our team communicated professionally and respectfully throughout.
