We found this company on TrustPilot and as per other reviews, they kept in touch with us regularly all the way through the process. All the staff were very friendly. We then liaised directly with Steve the fitter. On the day he went over and above (I had forgotten to remove my alarm wire as my previous door had come with the house when it was new). Steve sorted this out. The standard of finish is very high, inside and out. I would highly recommend this company

I don't like how you order a trial sample and then you have a holding charge of £39 for the full product when you haven't actually ordered it. I have immediately requested that the trial is cancelled and both amounts are refunded immediately.

Hi Keith! Per our FAQ's, due to our fast processing times, we are unable to cancel or edit existing orders. We see that you have a Try Before You Buy order, which means the charge you saw when placing your order was just a preauthorization (which is disclosed prior to checking out). This temporary hold should fall off/disappear from your account within a few business days. You will only be charged for the product at the end of your trial period. Came to them by accident through Googling and ordered Privet hedging plants during lockdown. Really reasonable price. Was expecting a long delay but these came far quicker than I expected. Great service. Plants arrived in secure box with moist soil bound around their roots. Soaked them for a while then planted out. So far so good! Am going to re-order for another set and would not hesitate ordering anything further from here again.
