so yes I have joined the many unhappy wig buying customers who have been scammed by this this company. What can I say... I wished I had seen these reviews before buying from them. Yes the wig that came bore no resemblance to the website photo in anyway. I thought I was buying from a UK site ( it does say KimWigs UK ) The return would have to be back to China to get a refund which I am not prepared to do as I have no confidence the money will be forthcoming. So, I was sold a`pup` ladies....... which means not the real deal......

Do not purchase ANYTHING from Kimwigs! They are SCAMMERS!!! I purchased a wig from them for $159. It was totally NOT what I ordered. I contacted them but they kept giving me the run around. Then they told me that I could keep the wig, and they would give me 10% off a different wig. That sent up the red flag! I kept telling them that I wanted a FULL REFUND. Then they told me that I could ship it back to China at my expense. I then told them that I will contact the BBB. This scam company needs to be shut down.

I was about to place a order with this company Kim I used to look at the show LA hair and I just thought that it would be a good purchase but after reading these reviews on trustpilot I'm having second thoughts I'm going to keep looking around because for the price they're asking and for what I'm looking for no one sells there hair unit for that much so I'm going to have to say no on this because of the negative reviews it's way way too many

I would give 0 stars if there was an option.

I bought their (3) toppers offer, and ALL were fake, shiny, dolls hair!

I am currently in dispute with a cancelled order. They continuing to present me with an invoice in spite of my insistence that I do not want the product. I haven’t recieved a sensible reply from the company they just keep on presenting a bill for payment.. not at all happy with so called customer service. Would give no stars if i could

Received my wig and it was totally different colour and no way as thick and stylish as advertised pic , tried contacting them and there completely ignoring my emails 🤬

I recently purchased a wig advertised as high-quality human hair, which was quite expensive. Upon receiving it, I was extremely disappointed to find that it was actually the worst synthetic hair I've ever encountered. The quality was nothing like what was promised.

To make matters worse, when I reached out to customer service, they offered a mere 40% refund. Despite accepting this less-than-ideal offer, I never received the refund. This experience has been incredibly frustrating and disappointing. I strongly advise against purchasing from this seller. The product quality and customer service are both terrible.

I bought a wig from kimwigs,it was small, very bad quality and very expensive, they didn't want to refund me, after 2 months of stressful discussion via email they agreed to refund me less than half of the amount, its a Chinese company, very very bad experience extremely poor quality please please don't buy anything from kimwigs

The worst wigs. Got a wig with 4 different styles and lengths. It was actually sewn together at the center base with thread that shown heavy in the middle part. These are unwearable wigs. They do not offer full refunds. Only 10percent back but you’ll never see the refund.

I ordered a wig 3weeks ago,as. I lost my hair due to cancer they took my money £84.25.but no wig,how can tbey treat ill people like this,they seem to be getting away with scamming people you should feel a thousand shames for treating ill people like this.

I bought three wigs from them
Two arrived that were nothinglike the ones I ordered
I returned them to the return address on their parcel
Kim wigs in HongKong got very shirty asking why I had returned them to the UK return address on their parcel
DUH.
I want my money back
AND they overcharged me
The moral of this story is
Never buy anything from China
The goods are always shoddy or incorrect and it is almost impossible to get a refund

I just received a beautiful, well made wig from Kimwigs. Color is great, the hair is soft and real.
The key to success is not to just put in your order and wait. But stay in touch with them. I asked them to make me a good one, a few times. And they did. I will buy from them again.

Kimwigs.com is really a scam. Wrong colors & shape and cut. Obviously not the same as you order. Copying photos from other sites.
No reference or sender of the company contact, then claiming it’s not their order.

Do not use this company scam total scam. They have an office in LA but claim no refunds when you want one.

The wigs are garbage, wrong color and not what I ordered. They get the pictures off another site and use them to sell their trash.

I haven't bought wigs from this company. I bought from Urhair.co.uk. Scam. Just like this Kimwigs. Same comments. It must all be part of a company using different names.

If I could have gone without a star I would have. The wig I ordered was a knock off from a wig I’d seen at another company. This company is out of China and their products are complete crap. Their return policy sounds great but it doesn’t exist. You can’t even complete the return process because the section where you explain why you’re returning it doesn’t have a box for the explanation. This means you can’t complete the return process. When you email them it takes them forever to get back to you then they try to haggle with you. They offered me a “partial” refund. That offer was 10%! That would have been about $9.00. Run as far as you can from this company. There is an American company kimwigs has stolen wig designs from where you can get exactly what you want because they make wigs for women with cancer mainly so they care.

They don’t even deserve one star. Cheap total garbage at 150.00.

Absolutely awful experience DO NOT buy from this company the wig arrived both the wrong colour & very poorly made with inferior materials! Was offered 10% back then 15% which after my mother who is a 90 yr old pensioner had spent circa £200 she could ill afford! They finally agreed a full refund if we sent the wig back & it was received in good order. This we did but for some reason it has been stuck in customs since the 4th Oct. Have tried to contact Chinese customs however the email noted keeps bouncing back. Will be reporting to Trading Standards.
