Bullying agent

A friend received a phone call on her mobile, and the customer service agent was preasuring her to make a payment when she had already done so at the beginnng of this month. He made her feal small and reduced her to tears. This way of treating a customer is totally unacceptable and is bullying

Attrocious Temu

Temu kept on making mistakes when refunding me. First they added to my account as credit, then they tried to transfer the money from the credit on my account to my credit card account. They put it in, but it's showing as pending. Customer services are frustrating.

This company makes you wait up to 6 days for a response to your emails. They don't like speeding things up. My order has been at the assembly stage since 1330hrs yesterday (17/07/26). Ayzeze are con artists, and scammers.

Dast Mark are a great company. Not only do they sell affordable lifetime digital licences for Windows 11 Pro, but they deliver them to your email within 30 seconds of you buying them. Great service, and customer communications, and great product.

Unprofessional and 100% Unreliable

Evri has, so far lost almost £2500 woth of parcels addressed to me. Despite their customer services attemting to locate these parcels and get them delivered, they still remain lost in their system somewhere. I have had to resort to emailing their chief Executive Martijn De Lange. Whatever you do, do NOT order from a seller who uses Evri as their courier service.

I have had nothing but problems with adding my gift card to my Apple wallet. The virtual assistant is useless, and doesn’t transfer you to a human advisor.

Avoid this company.
