Easy to use. However, disappointed that my preferred stores did not do it online.

Hard to redeem. Best avoided.

Still have not received email for my gift card, spemt £75 and nobody has got back to my emails

Fairly easy to order, choose design and type of voucher.Easy to choose a specific gift type. I wanted one for a Baby Shower. Arrived fairly quickly too. When ordering it did say Apple Pay but my experience was that this wasn’t available.

Easy to use and delivered fast. Great choice of cards and shops.

The process was simple enough and I was quickly able to spend the Voucher with Currys

You can buy lifestyle vouchers for denominations of £5 but not all vouchers are denominations of £5, so you have to but another lifestyle voucher yourself, instead of just byying credit. Its takes you around in circles and a rubbish website to navigate, when you just want to buy a voucher with credit given.
Much much better retail vouchers out there.

Voucher looks great and makes a really nice present. I would he given 5 stars, except there was no notification of the despatch of the voucher and after a week I had to phone to find out what was happening. It did arrive 2 days later and I was delighted with the product.

Not easy or straightforward to use, my son wanted to use his £15 voucher for Amazon but it only offered £20+ vouchers so I added an extra £10 to the account. I then put £25 Amazon voucher in the basket but at checkout it said I only had £15 eligible voucher for Amazon even though Amazon didn’t offer £15 vouchers! I waited nearly a week in case it needed time to work but it never did so I transferred it to a £25 M&S voucher instead (not exactly ideal when this was a voucher for my 7 year old!).
I definitely won’t purchase this voucher as a gift for anyone.

So convoluted and difficult to use. Please think twice before gifting this card to anyone. Even when redeemed in the app, it still needs specific amounts to be manually converted in the app for a specific store to be able to spend any of the credit in that store. I just spent half an hour going round in circles on mobile, trying to log in, opening my email app to retrieve the code, going back to the Lifestyle app to input the code, only to find the Lifestyle app back at the original login prompt. So, forget trying to log in on mobile. You will need access to two separate devices to be able to set up a way to actually spend on this voucher. That day, the store I was in lost a sale and I left very frustrated. Just avoid!
