complete scam!!! when purchasing an e-gift card, the information on the website says I will receive it within a few minutes, information in the email says delivery is expected in 3 days, after 3 days absolutely no gift card !!!! SCAM!!!!

Very quick response from the customer service dept when a typo on my part meant that the e-voucher I ordered did not arrive on time. The problem was found very quickly and the voucher sent immediately to the correct email.
Very easy process and wonderful customer service.

I assume this relates to a Tesco…
I assume this relates to a Tesco voucher I sent to someone by email. I had an email confirming that I had bought the voucher but it didn’t confirm that the voucher had been sent, quoting the destination email address/details. I will have no other means of knowing whether it is likely the recipient has got it, so I was a bit disappointed. I just have to hope the person has got it.

When I accidently disposed of a voucher that was still in credit the team member responded to my email both promptly and professionally. Sending me out another copy of my voucher with the remaining balance ready for me to spend.
