To be honest no issues with checkin etc & flights on time . My issue was with the food ,pre booked chicken schnitzel was awful , so dry the cardboard cutlery snapped don’t waste your money and order . I also noticed on our return flight from Antalya when the curtain was actually open at the front, the crew member checked the heat of someone’s food using his fingers !!!

I would give the service no stars if I could . Order placed on October 29 still not received a mirror ordered for my grandaughter for Christmas. Sent numerous emails and had no response. I often wonder with these people if they were treated in the same way how they would feel. Order PGS184709
