The home service from Culligan is excellent. Alan is always polite and informative in relation to providing the service. However, when trying to make an appointment for my last appointment I found it difficult interacting with the communication system.

The follow up about how to use my alarm was very helpful from Leanne . I was embarrassed about having forgotten how to use the tag and did not want the alarm going off as my neighbours some are night workers don’t like the alarm going off for long periods. Leanne was patient with me and went through the process of switching on and off the alarm and that restored my confidence in the process.
Also she explained the paperwork and sent me a follow up email with the relevant information and helped me use the Phonewatch app and update the password.
Overall , a very pleasant experience. Well done to Leanne and the phonewatch team .

Mostly intuitive and user friendly especially with the colours and graphic features of little figurines. However it maybe just me and how I perceive content , I sometimes find it difficult to follow the programme and all the different sections.
