Best Experience.. Thank you CSW…. My brother who lives in Galway suggested I contact Culligan Water Solutions as our conversation involved me telling him what I needed plus the contacts I had already made..
I did as he suggested and quiet promptly after my call got an email from “ Dean” who gave me his suggestion and ask for some photos as to where it would be installed etc , I also got a number to contact and to ask “ as many questions as I liked”… at my age there were a few repeats on his behalf😅😅..
When all explained and sorted , he handed me over to Emily who took all the info she needed, another beautiful human… the date was arranged for yesterday morning and their van and Engineer arrived …, forgive me that I can’t give a shoutout to this Gentleman as it has slipped my mind.. other than he lives in Co Tipperary …
All installed within I’d say a couple of hours and then he explained the system to me ( I asked his permission to video his “ training module “ so there would be know “ me wondering at a later date “.. His personality, his ability to communicate, his engineering skills all at the top of the line… , every single piece of packaging taken away …
Last but by no means least ..Roisin who the Engineer contacted for my final payment, beautiful girl…
The system looks so well outside of the great reviews their systems have received and proven… plus I had the added guarantee of quality and service from my brother who has been a customer of Culligan WS.

Long wait time for annual general service. Had paid online but the system did not give me an option to choose the date. A person from their support team called and the latest available date is a month away. The cost of the service is also high.

Appointment timeframe
Everything about the system service was very good. My only complaint is that I had no idea when the technician was going to arrive. I would suggest that at least customers are made aware that their appointment is morning or afternoon.
