Culligan have great products
Culligan have great products, this is the second time I have used them for a water filter as I had one in Dublin and now have moved to Wicklow recently. The customer service is excellent, as are the deals on some products and the filters are really excellent. Overall, I would highly recommend.

Overpriced for what the filters worth. You should start selling filters online and publish video tutorial on how to change them by customers as diy.

Service engineer no show
On the date I’d arranged for a service, engineer did not turn up, despite me taking time off work to arrange to be at home to facilitate arrival, due to them not being able to give a specific time that they’ll arrive. No phone, call, email, or ANY form of communication to say they wouldn’t arrive.
I called them in afternoon to try get an explanation of what’s happening. Got through to an automated machine that put me on hold. Waited 45mins to speak to somebody but the automated message changed to say they’d all gone home for the day (17:00). I was livid.
As phone calls weren’t working, I sent an email which was replied to next day, offering no explanation as to why engineer didn’t call, only an apology.
Had to rebook for a couple weeks later, and although engineer called on second occasion, the sour taste was left unfortunately.
When I spoke with customer services eventually (they rang me as I could never get through), they were polite and apologetic.
All could have been avoided if engineer made contact on original day, to give an indication of what was happening

Getting an annual service.
I needed an annual service and a tap replacement. Both the customer care staff on the phone and the technician who visited us were excellent. Culligans have improved the whole process significantly.

Service Man was very polite, explained exactly what he was doing. He answered any questions I had. He left the area he was working in as clean & tidy as when he arrived. We were very happy with the service

I paid around 250 Euros more for what…
I paid around 250 Euros more for what was offered to my friends and to others in my housing estate. The water softener manual clearly states use of bypass lever in case you need to bypass the water supply, however, it was missing and had to pay 150 Euros separately to have it installed. The sales support didn't care to respond when I raised this issue
