When your technician (who was very mannerly and polite) came out to service our unit, he spent a lot of time working on it, he eventually told me I needed to have the “head” on my water filtration unit replaced (our unit is only 3 years old). He called his office to get a price, which he gave me. He told me the office would be in touch to arrange a time for the unit to be replaced, that was a week ago and I haven’t heard from anyone since.
I was also told to put a lot more salt into my unit, which I did, but it clogged up my pipes and I had a difficult time getting them cleared.

No Water Canisters Available
We bought a water cooler from you for a considerable sum of money for use in our house.
However, right now, I don't seem to be able to order water canisters from you which, frankly, is ridiculous.
