Review of RAC Mobile Mechanics
We'd booked an RAC call out at 4.30am for the same day!By 11.30am our mechanic arrived. Joe, made our experience with the RAC service, positive and enjoyable. Our car needed a new brake caliper and pads. We'd scheduled for new brake discs and pads. Joe inspected everything thoroughly. Identifying that the problem was actually a caliper and that the pads would need replacing, but the discs were fine. Having explained everything, he went and collected a new caliper. The work cost less than originally expected and our car is running perfectly again. After an awful customer service experience with Halfords previously, we'd been anxious about what to expect and were relieved to have found that the RAC performed better than we'd hoped,their employees are qualified well trained and knowledgeable about all aspects of essential car mechanics. It felt like money well spent at a reasonable rate.

Review of Tapi Carpets & Floors
We're so happy with the service we received from Tapi from start to finish.
Everything was well thought out, attentive and professional.
We had a home visit to measure up and go through carpet samples and underlay and nothing seemed rushed or pushy. This is the best service we've ever had when buying and having new carpets fitted.
The fitters arrived promptly at our convenience and again they were excellent. Cheerful and courteous, while efficient and absolutely capable. The carpets looked even better than we'd hoped for and were fitted immaculately.

Review of St John Ambulance (England) - Training courses
Paul Goody our course tutor was excellent. Not only was he informative and instructive, he dispelled preconceptions and out dated assumptions we'd learnt about how to respond to certain situations. Paul made our 3 day course entertaining, there was never an opportunity to become disengaged as he switched up the pace and kept us alert and on our toes throughout. Whether we were role playing as casualties or first aiders, having a spot test on the segment we'd just covered or drawing examples of possible scenarios with the causes and first aide response, it was a dynamic approach to learning.
