James at the Llandudno store had been very helpful in organising a free home visit with the samples we had requested he has been so lovely friendly,helpful and polite. He organised for Malcolm to visit who was on time and called beforehand to confirm his time. He arrived with all the samples we asked for and was extremely helpful answering all questions and gave his advice as to what would work better very professional and friendly and we are definitely using them again very soon to do the rest of the house thank you so much can't wait for our new carpets 😊

Went into the Tapi store asking if I could have some cardboard inner tubes to do a craft project in a school. Well…Michael the sales guy could not of been more helpful, he asked how many I required and what size as he would have cut them for me. He then loaded my car with them. Excellent customer service. Thank you.

My partner and I went into the Luton store yesterday, we were looking to recycle some cardboard rolls that the carpets come on. The staff, Andy and Mark, were so helpful, they cut up a roll for us and asked for nothing in return! It was a lovely gesture and we we're glad we could recycle the waste so it would be one less thing going to landfill!

Visited Tapi on Tuesday, asked Jules for advice, she was more than helpful and arranged for Dave the home consultant to call Wednesday. David arrived on time measured up, worked out a price which I was happy with and I paid him there and then in my lounge.
So happy with the service we went back today and ordered another carpet.
