Relaxed environment
Relaxed environment, had all in attendance involved and interested with team exercises and explained the main points well.
Excellent training course!
The training was delivered well with the benefit of experience in the field. It was useful to practice the techniques once they had been demonstrated.
The three-day First Aid course was…
The three-day First Aid course was extremely well organised, and I was impressed by the level of detail covered throughout. I had underestimated how comprehensive the course would be. The instructors were excellent, very engaging and knowledgeable, which made the experience both enjoyable and informative. I learnt a great deal from the course and found it extremely valuable.
100% recommend St John's Ambulance
I had the best experience with Jane at the Rochford training centre. Refreshing skills that have been left unused and learning new ways that have been updated over the 3 years since my last course. Jane was friendly and open to all questions. She was thorough in her efforts to help everyone understand all aspects of their first aid training.
Best First Aid training I've ever had!
The trainers were both highly knowledgeable and also made the learning fun. The course was interactive, practical and responsive.
The group of professionals attending that day chose to engage and make the day as successful as possible.
I have completed the course feeling that I could support in a first aid situation with confidence and efficiency.
Basingstoke training with Emma and Mike
I attended training at Basingstoke with Emma and Mike. They were both engaging and very knowledgeable. The training was broken down into small chunks so it didnt feel overwhelming. We were guided through the practical elements and given plenty of opportunities to practise before being assessed. I left feeling confident I would know how to help someone.
Best First Aid training course
Best First Aid at Work training course I've ever had. The Trainer, Jane Park, was brilliant. Training centre is less than 10 minutes drive from home with good facilities and on-site parking.
Brilliant instruction
Reinforced many of the ideas and concepts I already knew, but more importantly, pointed out and corrected some serious errors in what I thought I knew.
Em the trainer was brilliant

I attended mental health first aid training recently and had Neil as my trainer. He was brilliant, the course was great and very interesting. i feel i learned a lot over the two days.
The invite will advise you to check the website for parking and the Stevenage St Johns Ambulance website says there is no parking. There is plenty of parking so this is wrong. there were people who had to rent parking spaces because they thought there wasn't any. This needs to be changed asap. Apart from that, the training was great.

Excellent training and very useful information that we can all use. New information on use of defibrillator was very helpful.
Safety first
The way of teaching and what I learned during the 3-day course have great value beyond just daily life. I have faced some real incidents in my life, but back then I didn't know what to do. Now, I have a clear understanding of what I need to do as a first aider if anything happens.
Both the instructors Kerry and Clive…
Both the instructors Kerry and Clive were very going into detail and explaining everything in detail would highly recommend
