I always had amazing service with skynet but this time ,I am here to complaint about the customer services of skynet london's attitude whom I contacted for an update on my parcel.According to the record ,my parcel has been in UK since 15th March n since then there has been no update on it. The guy was so rude,honestly,had no sympathy at all. They should treach there staff some communication skills. Pathetic service from some pathetic people!

First of all,my parcel reached me late although I paid for the delivery. I contacted them that my parcel hasn't reached me yet,there was no reply. When finally I received my package,one item was missing. I have tried contacting them through the given ph number multiple times, on their website which is invalid.I have emailed them twice,no response. Looks like,I would have to ask my bank to cancel the payment. They are big scams,kindly donot purchase directly from them because it would be a dead end then

My contact with the agent was smooth,I was given a free transfer code,the money was sent to Pakistan within minutes,it was a smooth transaction with a smooth transfer. Thanks to ACE

I had to send money to my sister. ACE used to have a really good service but this time surprisinglyy the service has gone down. The money was received after more than 12 hours although it was sent for an emergency. The customer service needs improvement

My husband bought Natco multigrain flour from Tesco,when we kneaded the dough and made a chapati of it, we came to know that it was full of gritty texture. My husband took the bag back to Tesco but they refused to return it. Then I emailed Natco on 16th of September. I got a reply next day to email at a different email adress. I emailed again on 17th of September and till date there has been no reply at all. I have sent them a reminder today and decided to drop a review here. Pathetic customer service on part of Natco.

Well the money sending process is super easy n smooth but you have started charging extra for online bank transfer besides the usual charges for UK to Pakistan transfer

No doubt the sofa we got is an excellent quality one but we have been disappointed that we paid for the gliders but they were not delivered with the sofa and the guys who delivered the sofa had no knowledge about the gliders.Then we had to book an appointment for gliders.The person who came to fix the gliders didnt bring them along and was infact asking us.Anyways,in the end when we were told that the gliders are just like stickers which will eventually come off in a month or two,we decided to cancel the option of gliders in the end.I dont know who is responsible for all this but honestly can you guys make sure proper delivery of the order and avoid this kind of hassle for the customers.Thanks

Well the product was sent and delivered in time except that Royal mail delivered it to a wrong address
