Another wonderful holiday in Italy organised by Travel Department. This year we headed to Lake Maggiore. Right from check in at Dublin Airport until we returned a week later everything went like clockwork. Air-conditioned coaches doing transfers and waiting at the hotel to take you on some fantastic day trips. A beautiful hotel right on the lake with great views and wonderful staff and food. A tour guide called Carolyn who was so knowledgeable on everything and very caring for some of the guests a little less mobile than the rest. A perfect holiday and hopefully we will see you all next summer.

Changed delivery instructions to put delivery in garage. Still came home to find delivery lying on the doorstep twice. Phoned to complain. No call back.

Despite my original order being out of stock Nursery Store arranged an upgrade for a small amount of money and got it despatched promptly as we needed it for our granddaughter's birthday. I was a bit concerned when the box arrived damaged but Nursery Store had me open it and check for damages and assured me that any problems would be sorted. Thankfully there were no damages.

This was our first holiday since covid and having travelled with Travel Department before we again trusted them with our holiday arrangements. It could not have been any better. The travel arrangements went as planned. The hotel, the staff there, our tour guide, the guides in the various places we visited, the coaches and drivers used to ferry us around all were as good if not better than before covid. I woukd highly recommend Travel Department and we are already looking at using them for next year's holiday.
