I chose many pets for my 2 dogs, thinking it would be a sensible choice. There was also an incentive of a 50£ gift card, which I still haven't received after 4 months. The communication is extremely slow ( takes weeks) , which shows me they are very unreliable and won't be there when I really need them. Therefore I decided to cancel the policy- still awaiting response on how to do that...

No collection. It's ridiculous how they expect you to be in all day waiting and they don't show up. Then you call in ( there is no valid email address for customer service) , lady hang up on me. I called in again and they give me another day. That means because of their incompetence I have to stay in or have someone help me between 8am and 6pm. Ridiculous.

My boyfriend did a trader insurance with the company, now that's cancelled but I paid 495£ deposit which was supposed to be returned to me 2-3weeks ago. Called them many times, my boyfriend sent numerous emails no reply.

Very disappointed. Ordered boots, sent them back for exchange. After weeks I got a reply they no longer have that size on stock which isn't true, messaged them on various platforms several times, no response. Impossible to reach them on the phone.

I needed to cancel an order worth 50£. I messaged them within 24 hours as the policy allows to cancel free of charge but they are not willing to refund me. I have to get a charge back from my bank. So much hassle. Never ever again

I got the oats pancake mix and the original porrige mix and I'm very very disappointed. I have both two tries and now they are sat on my shelf. I don't want to throw them away but I find the taste horrible, very unnatural, tastes like 100 sweeteners were put in the mix...

Communication is an absolute disaster. Booked a package in France, the accommodation didn't have 80% of the facilities that advertised. Would have never chosen them had I known it all false advertisement. Got no help whatsoever. AVOID!!!

They are a nightmare! I ordered a few items from shein and one bit of it was sent by royal mail and got to me very fast and the next bit is by evri.... Been stationary for 12 days at my local depot apparently. I wonder if it will ever get to me. What a nightmare.
