Scott listened to what I was asking & provided all the information I required in a polite helpful manner.
My one criticism would be & im assuming this is based on Octopus rules not Scott’s (he/him) I fail to see why the email I had from Scott finished with “he/him

Gary turned up on time was polite & did a fantastic job of my double oven. Cleaned up after he’d finished.
Oven looks brand new will definately use Smart Cleaning again

Excellent service, easy to update order & change delivery date if necessary.
My dog really enjoys the food & added bonus of free samples/gifts with order.
