I must say I love the Range and gone there for absolute years ! . But unfortunately I don’t get out because of my mobility so I ordered a rug online. It came and the colour wasn’t the same as the description so it wasn’t the colour I wanted . Arranged collection via Royal Mail on line and followed there instructions. I waited in 2 days they never came. So I arranged a 2nd collection and I waited another 2 days and they didn’t turn up to collect it . So it had to be taken to post office and scanned there . So the whole experience has put me off completely. Kindest regards Julie McLeod

Their name is very good and their goods are lovely I gave no complaints . However I have had issues trying to get in touch through the site more then once . But if you send a direct email it’s a much better response . They are certainly slow at refunds in my experiences . Bit would still use the company kindest regards Julie
