Quick delivery, prompt reorder and review, however customer service poor. I have been waiting days to hear back if my medication is safe to take after it was delivered warm.

Terrible customer service
Unfortunately, after ordering on next day delivery, I am still waiting for my order over 8 days later. I have contacted the company numerous times and each time have been told that it is now on its way, then 48 hours later, no new tracking number appears and I am back to square one with the process again. At each time of contact, which has been 4 times now, I have been assured that it is sorted, only to find out that it isn’t. Maybe look at your delivery partner and their reliability. Won’t be using in the future.

Easy to use system to order
Easy to use system to order, I like the prompts when it's nearly time to re-order. The order turns up quickly with good updates, well packaged and with freezer packs. The only minor issue is that you forgot to send skin prep wipes, and with the update e-mails they show as from ME, as opposed to MedExpress which would not look like spam.
