Consistently excellent customer service for over two years
Have been using Numan for over two years now and if, on rare occasions, a problem arises, their customer service swings into prompt and efficient action. On this occasion Daniela asked pertinent questions, understood my issue and resolved it in a timely manner. I continue to recommend Numan to anyone looking to use their services.

AI support
Was fine at first then the third packet of wegovy didn’t arrive in time for the final dose running out. Tried to get in touch but the only support is via AI— first a chat bot, then via email. For the cost, AI support is ridiculous. Plan to try a different company from next month.

In response to an email I sent to Numan…
In response to an email I sent to Numan cancelling my subscription as they were charging £50 more each month for mounjaro which I could get for less on other sites. They then told me I had signed an agreement for 6 months for a pittance of a discount and then I emailed them back the following:
"Thank you for your response. However, I am afraid it is not acceptable and does not resolve my complaint.
I categorically dispute your assertion that I entered into a six-month commitment package and, in particular, that I agreed to any contractual term preventing me from cancelling my subscription without an early termination charge.
I have no recollection of signing or agreeing to a six-month contract. My understanding was that this was a monthly subscription, and I certainly did not knowingly agree to be financially committed to six months of purchases.
If Numan maintains that I did agree to such a commitment, then please provide me with a copy of the actual agreement, including the date on which it was entered into, the terms and conditions applicable at that time, and clear evidence that I expressly agreed to the six-month commitment and the associated early cancellation charges.
Simply telling me that I "agreed at sign-up" is not sufficient. I am asking you to demonstrate exactly what I agreed to.
For the avoidance of any doubt, I am formally requesting the immediate termination of my Numan subscription. I do not authorise any further deliveries or payments. I am not asking to pause the subscription, nor am I asking to wait until the sixth delivery. I want the subscription terminated now.
I also strongly object to the suggestion that I should be required to pay a £30 administration fee and an additional charge based on the alleged remaining term when I dispute that such a commitment was ever agreed.
I have been a loyal Numan customer for approximately three years and have paid for my medication in good faith throughout that time. I find it particularly disappointing that, after raising a straightforward pricing and customer-retention issue, Numan is now attempting to rely on a six-month commitment which I do not believe I entered into.
Furthermore, my previous emails requesting a response were not dealt with within a reasonable period, and I therefore made it explicitly clear that I was cancelling my subscription. I do not accept that Numan can simply disregard that cancellation and continue billing me.
Please therefore do one of the following:
1. Confirm immediately that my subscription has been cancelled with no further payments or deliveries; or
2. If you continue to maintain that I am bound by a six-month commitment, provide me with the complete evidence of the agreement I allegedly entered into, including the precise terms and my acceptance of them.
Until you have provided that evidence, I do not accept that any six-month contractual commitment exists, and I do not accept liability for any early cancellation fee whatsoever.
I would appreciate a written response confirming cancellation and cessation of all future billing. If Numan continues to refuse cancellation without providing the evidence requested above, I will consider taking the matter further through the appropriate consumer and payment channels.
I have been a customer for around three years. I have no desire to continue this correspondence unnecessarily, but I am being absolutely clear: I want my Numan subscription terminated now.
I look forward to your written confirmation."
After sending this email to them (which by the way Numan responses are very much AI generated). I did not receive a reply in the time allotted so I called my bank and got them to cancel the subscription informing them that I was in dispute with Numan. A week later I got another AI generated email from them informing me that my subscription had been cancelled. Since then I get weekly emails from asking me to review my experience with Numan which I have ignored as I know they are AI generated. But I am still getting them so above is my experience and I would suggest that you use any other provider rather than Numan as they offer little for the extortionate price you pay for their product.
