I have contacted Alex at Elavate a couple of times now with extra queries and the support received has always been wonderful! I am obtaining great physical results from my collagen journey and it is a great comfort to know that Alex and her Team are behind me every day, not just at the first point of sale.

I have recently opened an account with Sewing Studio for obtaining quilting and haberdashery requisites. My first order was very small but the Customer Service I obtained was excellent because one item was going to suffer a delivery delay, so they rang me to confirm that I still wanted the item, or if I needed to cancel it from the order? As I was prepared to wait the first item was shipped, without delay, and successfully received. The remainder of the order was consequently shipped very soon afterwards, at no additional postage cost to me, and I am more than happy with the Service I have received. Although, I didn’t create my account at Sewing Street with the intention of purchasing a new sewing machine, I was directed to a part of their website through their efficient marketing tools to take a survey to help me decide what make/model of sewing machine will benefit me when I decide an upgrade is in order. The feedback from other satisfied customers whom have purchased sewing machines from Sewing Street is overwhelmingly good and I will certainly re-visit their website when I am in a position to upgrade my present sewing machine.

APC were chosen by my seller to send fabric goods to me. It was a very swift, overnight process, with excellent communications throughout, by SMS and email. Arrived safely and on time. I am very impressed with their service & would use them again, through choice in the future!

I paid extra for a two person delivery to enable my goods to be brought right in to my bungalow and safely stored near the point of installation. I carefully cleared the area to make access as simple as possible and it all went very smoothly, indeed. The gentlemen had set off from Birmingham about 0600 in the morning and arrived with me at 0930, which I was very pleased about. They were very professional and careful of my home surroundings. I was hugely relieved to find that these Summer sandals were still available, in my size, so late in the season. They had to be procured from another branch so did spend a couple of days in transit until they reached my local store for free collection. The sandals themselves are exactly what I wanted, fit well with lots of straps fastened with Velcro, that will provide me with adjustment if my feet swell slightly in the sun! I have very narrow feet and most footwear is designed for the wider foot, with little or no adjustment. I was very impressed with the collection process and the Staff were very helpful making sure I was happy with my purchase before leaving the store. I would order online again - no concerns about the items not fitting or having to return them, when you arrange to collect and try at your local store.

I have just telephoned and renewed my Deluxe Cruise Travel Insurance. I had previously had Worldwide cover for all countries but my next three trips will take place in and around Europe so, for this one year period, I was able to reduce the cover and pay a much lesser policy premium. Next year, I will have to reinstate Worldwide cover for all countries as I plan to go to the USA again and also indulge in a Pacific Island Cruise. It was ever so easy to tailor the cover to exactly suit my requirements. This level of travel insurance covers all of my needs and my particular cover does not include a policy excess payable in the event of a claim. Highly recommended for covering pre-existing medical conditions at a very reasonable cost.

Easy application form, quick decision and the loan was monitored until after surgery took place and it will now be implemented. A very simple Direct Debit repayment arrangement.

They have a variety of vehicles to suit individual requirements, dependent upon number of people travelling and luggage space needs. The communication from the company is exemplary right from the booking stage to the day of travel and I have always been updated by individual drivers upon any potential delays caused by traffic conditions, cruise terminal changes or flight delays. My circumstances have recently changed due to a bereavement and Darryl was swift to organise a female driver and provided this option to me as a consideration to my newly widowed status as a lone female traveller. The actual journeys themselves are made very relaxing by the professionalism of the drivers concerned from baggage handling to the provision of chilled water. I have always found all employees very reliable and they are all confident, competent drivers. I always use Distinguished Carriages for my holiday travel requirements and include the luxury of a chauffeur service as part of my holiday expenditure now, as a matter of routine. I can not recommend them enough and would encourage everyone to try the service provided for themselves.

I have recently made yet another successful purchase of chalky emulsion paint from Craig and Rose. I love the pastel shades available and this paint is so easy to apply. It leaves a lovely mat finish and I will continue to purchase this paint from Craig and Rose for all future decorating projects.

Today I received my renewal quote for my existing policy. Decided to do an online comparison on their own website, as a potential “new customer”. The quote I received online was almost half of the renewable price quoted on my existing policy so I challenged this with Customer Services. I successfully negotiated a “price match” deal which matched the online quote thus saving a lot of money.

I am fed up complaining about Hermes. Their delivery service is poor. My parcels often arrive damaged and are usually dropped on my doorstep. The courier rings the doorbell and by the time I get to the door the van can be seen reversing out of my driveway. Had I not been at home the parcel could have stayed on my doorstep for days. I have raised several complaints but this action does not resolve anything. I don’t use Hermes for my own despatches and avoid company purchases if I am aware that they use Hermes, whenever possible.

A simple process to get forgotten treasures from my attic and home valued. I wish I had heard of them sooner because our Community Refuse Centre has already received items that I now know Vintage Cash Cow would have been interested in!

This was not the first time I had used this website to create personal cards but I find that there is an extensive choice of cards. The site is easy to navigate and edit choices/changes to my purchase. I decided not to purchase gifts in addition to my personal card as I prefer to pick something more personal. Speedy delivery, too. I would recommend Funky Pigeon to anyone.
