The kindness, patience and thoughtfulness of staff in the Yurt …. overseeing the pumpkin carving event. My granddaughters loved the activity. The Potting Shed cafe staff were kept very busy but still found time to serve my coffee in the Yurt. Thank you all for making this such an enjoyable event.

Easy website to navigate. Tremendous choice of fabrics with most designs. Styles are quite forgiving, in materials with a little stretch. I have found that sizing can be inconsistent. I’m usually a 12-14. Dress purchased fit perfectly in size 14. Top purchased was first tried on in store with a size 12 fitting well but purchased online in size 12 which was far too big.

Issues with meter readings following transfer from Shell Energy to Octopus March/April this year, were resolved by Kiegen within a few minutes this morning.
This ended over 4months of anxiety for me getting absolutely nowhere via many emails back and forth with Octopus customer service agents Qaanit and Greg.
Should any issues arise in the future, I will phone the department and not attempt resolutions via email.
